I cant rate anything because they cancelled my booking on the morning we were supposed to travel. When i called they had no interest in helping me so i booked somewhere else.
The attitude of the staff
Vicino al luogo mio di interesse
None
The wonderful help from the owners or staff.
The lack of step-free access.
Very friendly staff
Bedsheets and pillows not clean
The place is easy to locate
Price is too much for such place
Rooms were dirty
Unhygienic
Good location for the event I was attending, and that is the only positive however as it was not a comfortable stay
The building is runned down, garden and carpark not well maintained, there are broken lights which have fallen and it needs a god tidy.
While I was getting ready in my room one of the staff members used her key card and let herself into my room very abbruptly while I was in the room, no knocking. She said sorry but someone then did it again in the morning as I was getting dressed - its a good job I blocked my door with the desk to prevent anyone walking into my room again as I suspected this would happen.
As a woman traveling on my own this made me feel very uncomfortable. I shouldn't have to barricade a hotel room door.
Bed was relatively clean but the base was broken and on a slant.
Tea and coffee provided - although the kettle didn't fit in the sink to refill.
TV in room worked fine.
Room and bathroom looked clean but needed a deep clean. There was hair left on the wall in the bathroom and rotting food which had fallen into the desk.
The shower was cold and never got hot, and the room was cold in general.
I would not recommend unfortunately.
Reasonable price
The hill from the road and the steps to reception (but I am a touch wobbly nowadays)
Perfect for a one night stay to participate in triathlon. Clean bathroom, clean room. Quiet the night we stayed. Close enough to walk to roundhay park and only 7 mins drive the morning of the event.
Location to Roundhay Park and plenty of parking
Carpets could definitely do with changing and bedding updated thicker pillows could do with offering kind of food even if it was cold like cereal donuts pastries etc
Location
Dated, dirty, broken furniture, no hot water.
Location to Ironman event, room was a ok size.
Hotel looks to be very run down. Carpark had lots of rubbish. Large out side lamp laying in garden. Brocken blind in room cigarette burn marks on window and cigarette ends. Carpet dirt and warnout on stairs. Fire exit blocked.
Bed looked ok and made up.
were put in an attic room with no light except for a really dim lamp.toilet had a spare door in it and i had to move it to use the toilet and it was in the corridor there was a window but it was part of another room filled with stuff against the window. There wasn't a door on thw bathroom which was also in the corridor and bath didnt have a panel on it.
