Not happy at all dirty smelly rooms
Pros:

I m manager of travelodge hotels Ltd and I booked this hotel because my family was living next street very disappointed when I checked in dirty entrance dirty smelly rooms look like they never clean rooms so I would say 0 very very dirty

Clean room and helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel staff were very friendly and helped carry the luggage. The room was also quite clean.

Cons:

It’s not located in the city centre, but we already knew that when we made the reservation. Also, the hotel does not have a lift, so if you have large luggage, you will need to carry it yourself, but the staff are very helpful and will assist you.

absolutely regretting
Pros:

My car was damaged and upto this moment the hotel refused to show me the CCTV of who did that to my car . The receptionist (male ) was making advances to my Patner. The staff there are not helpful and refused to cooperate with me in finding the person who smashed my car overnight

Pros:

Need to have more of an eating area and facilties so people dont eat in.there rooms keeps floors cleaner
Needs a vending machine and washing machine and dryer to help people who are there for over a weeks stay
And if the facilties ie mattress is broke ie springs broke then the hotel should replace it or put u in another room not say there's nothing we can do and make the person pay more.money to.upgrade cause its all u have u should comp the person as.uts your fault not there's
There was one member of staff at reception that wanst helpful at all he didnt want to help ne I ask for a quote to stay longer he looked at me as if to say I cant be bothered he was laid on sofa in reception area
Which to other guest isn't welcoming
There are 2 members of staff that are loverly and just a great asset to your hotel the young lady and the guy with the glasses on so.helpful nice and a pleasure to talk
The cleaners talk.in there language way to.loud on a morning most of the day u can hear there conversations in my room which is not good may I suggest splitting them up giving them rooms each to clean
Cause when they clean the same room. Together they are just so loud talking there's no need
The hotel in general is a good one and I would recommend it to.other people but it is on the border of going the wrong way
I hooe these comments are seen positive not a negative
I.think if u fix a few chinks in the chain you would see a big difference in rooms that get occupied in your hotel

We did not stay!
Pros:

Hard to tell arrived in the dark

Cons:

Everything. The 3 Rooms we were allocated had things missing, kettle, ceiling light, towels & the added extra of food debris on floor. Mould on sheets & badly stained mattress & leak stain on the ceiling.

Didn’t stay booked a different hotel
Pros:

There was nothing I liked. It was that bad we didn’t even stay here and booked another hotel

Cons:

I didn’t like anything
If you could get over the horrific smell which I couldn’t. Then a double room was so small you couldn’t walk down the side of the bed
