Middletons is a collection of six historical, Grade-II listed building located around a secluded courtyard garden in the heart of York city center and within the city walls. less than 5 minute walk from York Rail Station, The York Minster and all the key city attractions, including the dungeons; Shambles shopping area and Jorvik Viking Center. It offers complimentary access to a fitness center with a gym. The hotel is 7 minutes' drive from York Racecourse.

Lovely building and garden
Location excellent for the York city centre sights. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

The location is perfect for exploring York. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and loved the attention to variety of tea and coffee and delicious biscuits. The gym is absolutely brilliant. Breakfast is absolutely excellent.
It would be good to have slippers in the room or as an option. Really need 2 little milk bottles with the cup size!

The bed. I didn’t order 2 x single beds. A double bed was what I was ordered - we found this quite disappointing and not very comfortable.

The room was clean, comfortable beds, very spacious, stunning bathroom with white company toiletries, complimentary tea and coffee was high end. Robes and slippers included. Iron, hair dryer, 2 tvs. I could have stayed for longer. I will be booking again

We ordered a comfort room which was on the small side very clean and a comfortable bed but the bathroom and especially the shower was very cramped.
