Phenomenal/Convenient Place to Stay! 12/10! Would Recommend!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, our stay was absolutely incredible. The entire team made us feel so welcome every single day, and their hospitality truly made this trip unforgettable.

A huge shoutout to Salman, Rocco, and Kayan for being such phenomenal hosts! They greeted us with genuine warmth every day and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Our room was spotless throughout our entire stay. Every time we left and came back, it felt freshly cleaned, with extra towels and everything perfectly organized. We never had a single issue during our visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The bed was also one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and an overall amazing experience. Thank you again to Salman, Rocco, and Kayan for making our stay so memorable!

Comfiest hotel beds ever
Pros:

Love the club quarters hotels. The beds are the comfiest hotel beds I have ever stayed in. Marked down lightly as my room has a broken hair dryer and the fan in the bathroom didn’t turn off but I was rushing and didn’t report either until I checked out. Would always choose a club quarters for service and comfort and location when in London

Great in all ways!
Pros:

Very clean and nice hotel, modern and stylish, very helpfull staff, clean rooms. The hotel were very understanding and helpfull as we were traveling with a small child. The location was excellent!

Pros:

Friendly staff at reception and the hotel was clean, location was excellent and the beds in the room were comfortable.

Cons:

My room 436 had a broken aircon unit with only one vent working - but other than that, very comfortable room.

Very nice hotel in central London
Pros:

Hotel very well located just by St. Paul's Cathedral. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. We had a little problem with a leak coming from the room above us. It was taken care of very fast and we were offered a compensation by the manager. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great experience and lovely staff
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained, and the location is simply amazing.
What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Ari and Salman at the front desk. They provided outstanding service, were always welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay.

I would definitely stay here again on my next trips to London and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service!
