Nice but not matching the price tag
Pros:

Reception staff extremely nimble snd friendly. A fairly large room, on top floor as requested, bed comfy, bathroom functional and towels soft.

Cons:

Windows did not open and looked very dirty. The aircon did not react to controls. We called in support, only to learn it takes 15mins for any change to kick in. That sort of delay is non standard and should be clearly documented under the control. A simple label would do.
No fridge. Exorbitant prices for various bottles and food provided at room temp as no fridge.

Gerne wieder & hoffentlich ohne zwischenfälle.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, verständnisvoll & zeigten grosse Empathie, da wir den Aufenthalt abbrechen musste wegen eines Todesfalles.

Comfort & convenience in the heart of the city
Pros:

Location is excellent, being a stone's throw from St Paul's Cathedral and thus well-connected to transport links. Despite being in a busy area, the room was very quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

Nothing negative, it's more expensive than some options but is worth the extra expensive given the added convenience.

A good stay again and will return just needed a little more attention.
Pros:

Good location and have stayed before so knew it was going to be clean, spacious and air conditioned.

Cons:

Full length mirror is beside the bed so you cannot get a distance away to look into it. Always an issue in hotels sadly! Supplies had not been topped up and specifically the tissue box had two tissues in it! A minor thing I know but at the time I needed them.
