Loved it & was a great price for a few days.
Pros:

Loved the size of our room, had a small couch & a cute vanity. Bed was comfortable & you could cast your streaming services to the TV. The reception & lounge looked lovely & we loved the free refillable water bottles they had on each level. Location was right next to St Paul’s & could see it from my window!

Cons:

Didn’t love the strange smell in the reception.

Pros:

Viajo mucho a Londres y pruebo muchos hoteles. Es la segunda vez que estoy aquí y sin dudarlo está arriba en mi lista. La experiencia total es muy buena. El hotel está muy bien cuidado. El personal es muy amable y que luego del hacer el check in puedas tomarte un cafe es un plus. Tiene un lobby / lounge muy comodo y de muy buen gusto. Todo esta hecho pensado para la comidad y la facilidad del huesped. Las habitaciones y el hotel en el general esta muy bien cuidado, huele bien y todo el equipo te sonríe! Gracias a todo el equipo y todos los detalles que han tenido conmigo

Solo un detalle. Los dias que estuve el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionado. Si lo encendías sólo salía aire muy caliente. Creo que en un hotel de tan buen nivel en todo lo demas, esto es algo que deberian de resolver.

Grossly overcharged. Both full payments were taken in October for a visit in February!
Cons:

The fact that you charged me twice, despite two letter, one to Booking dotcom and the other to the Manager of the Hotel. NO REPLY from either, I am going to report it to BBC programme that des with such very bad behaviour of businesses.
