Nice place in St. Paul
Pros:

Perfect position, hotel very clean and very nice and available staff.
Breakfast was good, but...

Cons:

Breakfast was good but always the same: eggs, bacon, potatoes, mushrooms, and sausages every day. Same for the sweet part. Good food, but change something could be a good idea. Finally, the 2nd bed in my room was terrible. I asked for changing, done in a few minutes, still terrible.

Having stayed a number of times before and again in July for the first time was disapointed in the Brekfast not as good as in the past . Bacon cold eggs not looking apertising and generaly disapointing .

We enjoyed the stay very much, and we would recommend the property to others.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lattes we had from The Counter were delicious. The room was larger than expected; the largest we have stayed in in London. After walking the city all day, the bed was a welcome comfort. The location was very near bus stops and a 5-15 minute walk from the Tube.

An easy relaxed stay.
Pros:

I asked from the receptionist if was possible to go in my room earlier because I was travelling the previous day again and I had again my flight to London from 5 o clock in the morning and I was exhausted. So, he was so kind to give me the room earlier and by this, I had the time to do my shower and sleep for a couple of hours and have some rest. Only for this understanding I will come back again and I have informed my surrounding how understanding was the gentleman.

Cons:

EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD and the employees were always with smile and very helpful.
