Das Bad war nicht so komfortabel, schwankender Wasserdruck, Haare waschen hat das etwas schwierig gemacht. Aber für einige wenige Tage kommt man zurecht.
The room was lovely, and I would stay here again. Location was superb, and I enjoyed listening to St. Paul's bells. The bed was very comfy and not too hard, unlike what I often find in hotels. The shower room was also good. I wish I could have stayed longer, and I will recommend now I know how to use the lifts.
Lift was not signed clearly saying I needed to use my room key, and consequently I got stuck in the lift - I am very Dyslexic/ ADHD and need clear signage at eye level. I eventually used the service stairs to get to my room after getting quite stressed as kept ending up on different floors with an slight confrontation with chamber staff who were waiting at a floor wanting to go down, when I was in the lift wanted to go up - I tried to explain I was already in the lift - I had to leave the lift and take the stairs and this point I was very anxious. Need much better signs in the lift and from staff who could have helped me at that point instead of insisting they had the right to the lift. When I arrived, reception called the lift for me so I didn't have to use my room key then, so the next day I didn't realise. Also, builders on my floor were working, and there was a smell of gas -I did report this to reception. There could have been more choices at breakfast regarding how the eggs are cooked.
