Was affordable for what it is. Simple and clean.
Pros:

It was good for location to what we needed and good for the price.

Cons:

Rooms a little noisy from the plumbing and at night people hanging around out side rooms on the property it very late. Didn’t find the rooms quiet at night.

Cons:

Air conditioner too loud to sleep. It also struggled to keep even a tiny queen room cool. staff tried but theyre not magicians. Stayed in two different room categories...both were over priced for the facilities offered.

Wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

It's an old building in dire need of renovation.
Some simple fixes would improve things a lot:
*the bathroom towel rails were barely connected to the wall, and fell off when we went near them
*the sliding door to the bathroom didn't slide
*Fix the front gate so it opens properly

The motel felt super dodgy and signs recommended us to keep valuables out of sight. That's not a good look.

Access to the property involved numerous access codes, making it complex to get in.

Pros:

Pro: Bathroom and sheets were clean. Friendly service but very little English so I had to explain myself several times.

Cons:

Cons: Wet carpet from leaking aircon, screen door would not lock, security entry gate broken, open vents between rooms so I could hear every conversation in both rooms either side of me. Very noisy and unsettling. I did not feel safe and could not sleep well. Sadly I cannot recommend.

Accpetable for location and secure premises.
Pros:

Location. Security was good . Parking was rather tight. Room had everything although a bit dated. Hauling suitcases up to the 3rd floor was not good for us "Oldies"

Cons:

Third floor apartment only accessed by stairs.
Double bed squeaked.

No way to lock door from inside.

You could check in anytime of day

Cons:

My screen door in room 510 fell off. The glass door would not lock from the inside. There was a door chain but no where for it to go. I had to sleep with an unlocked door and no staff were around to address this issue. Facilities inside the room good and clean

It was a safe and secure place to stay - reasonably comfortable - but I left as soon as I could.
Pros:

The rooms are clean.
there is a comfortable couch.
facilities are fine.

Cons:

You have to be near the office for the wifi to be of any use.
the mobile reception is poor.
The place is surrounded by high security fencing, extremely bright security lights all night long.
There is quite a bit of noise from neighbours who appear to live there.
There are people coming and going all day and night who dont have the gate code.
