Cons:

Could hear neighbours through vents in bathroom. Very loud and disruptive. Was not clean and outdated for the price.

Overall it was a great stay.
Pros:

I liked how central it was to the city and other shops. Staff were friendly and accommodating too. Having parking on premises was really helpful

Cons:

Probably the cleanliness could improve more, and some of the equipment is already broken or damaged when we arrived, such as the doors, carpet heavily stained, and kitchen drawers.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was great, the property was comfortable, and everything was easy to access.
Pros:

Easy to access, even though there were several entrance codes. Great location and convenient for getting around.

Cons:

My only suggestion is regarding the bathroom access. As we were three people and my uncle slept outside the bedroom, it was a bit inconvenient that the bathroom was located inside our room, as I was sharing it with my husband.

The photos didn’t match what the rooms looked like the rooms were outdated and had mould on the roof. The staff were really nice

Pros:

Nothing it was dire. The rooms were upstairs and there is no lift for luggage. The bedding was clean, cups were dirty and the walls and ceilings were dirty and stained. I had a blood stain outside my room on the floor and the room next door had a dog the they let it wee on the passage way. In the morning staff were helpful.
