Pros:

it was clean comfortable bed

Cons:

I asked for twin beds and they had to come and make this happen. but staff were friendly. The toilet gurgled all night and the floor was wet from water coming up through the drain. The second night the toilet did not gurgle but the floor was saturated. I hope it gets fixed before anyone else is given the room not very pleasant.

Good location chill and safe with double door

Cons:

Air con is very bad, pillow is very small and not good, stove react slow and the smell when using stove is really bad

We had a good stay and the location suited us, as we had a car.
Pros:

the location was good, worked for us as we had a car, even though there were not enough car parks for the amount of people staying with cars. It felt safe to park there.
The staff were reasonably prompt when we had an issue with the air con.
The domestic staff were very good and helpful
The room was very clean

Cons:

Not enough car parks, so a couple of times we used an Uber to go out at night.
The internet wasn't good. I had a relatives funeral I tried to stream, the WIFI was in and out.
The lounge was uncomfortable

It was very dated and the general property wasn’t really clean. We booked for 4 people, only had 3 towels, only 1 blanket for one bed. When I called the after hours number I didn’t get a response even after leaving a msg. I asked for a refund for the last few nights as we didn’t want to stay any longer and I never got an answer just “I’ll see what I can do” never had a clear answer at all. Wouldn’t stay again
