Not bad
Pros:

Liked the size of the room, it was quiet, the heating system worked great, the lighting was good, and the TV actually had a few commercial-free movie channels. The shower had good pressure and heat.

Cons:

The bed was way too firm for my lower back so did not get a full night's sleep. I booked the room because it said it had a sofa, which I thought I could sleep on if the bed was too uncomfortable; spoiler alert - there was no sofa, just a wide upholstered seat against a wall.

The most basic motel I've ever came across, They need more lighting in the room. No desk, or table with drawers. No carpet. no coffee in the room, no continental breakfast. Just very basic.

This is a yes for me
Pros:

No breakfast. Got in late. Put me near pet area bottom floor. Had a light on for us. Helpful and polite at front desk. First place my dog wanted to go outside. Dark and quiet. Mattress was nice.

I like the update room with USD ports and plugs for C-PAP.

Cons:

I was an early check-in and that afternoon getting ready for work I went to get a cup of coffee, but it was empty. The guy at the desk stated that it was too much trouble to make more. I would have like to have a cup of coffee before work but, it's too much trouble for a paying guest. That I don't like.

Good if you’re on the move. Wouldn’t stay longer than 1 night.

The place is so run down. Floors were messed up causing a tripping hazard. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows too. No carpet or rugs. The bathtub didn’t drain.
