Eu amei tudo no hotel, principalmente as pessoas que nos receberam. Os que trabalham na recepção, em todos os turnos, o senhor que fica lá fora e o senhor Batista, uma simpatia e eficiência. Continuem assim. Quero voltar à SP e me hospedar aí.

A acomodação é excelente, com quarto limpo, espaçoso e muito confortável. O café da manhã é excepcional, com ótima variedade e qualidade.
O ponto negativo foi o serviço de quarto. Apesar de o hotel informar que o serviço funciona 24 horas, fomos atendidos de forma extremamente mal-educada durante a madrugada, como se estivéssemos incomodando por utilizá-lo nesse horário. Se o serviço é oferecido 24 horas por dia, os hóspedes não deveriam ser tratados dessa forma. Caso não haja disponibilidade para atender com cordialidade durante a madrugada, é melhor não anunciar esse serviço como 24 horas.
