You pay for location. Having said that, there are other options nearby.

Cons:

I was received by a clueless receptionist who asked me to pay for my stay as soon as I checked in. With zero consideration he mentioned the value in front of my wife. He then declined to provide a receipt or an invoice. Having paid, I wanted at least a receipt. Only the absent manager could provide that. At 3:40pm the apartment was not ready yet and we had to wait. Once it became available it was clear that it was a smoking one, and at the time of the reservation via booking.com we explicitly asked for a non-smoking one. The first night was unbearable. Only the following day another apartment became available and this one was non-smoking. The property claims to be non-smoking but there is no control or enforcement. We stayed for two nights, so, a mixed experience and certainly not worth what I paid for. The paint was peeling off and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold and mildew. It was only after I threatened to report them to the fiscal authorities (receita federal, PROCON) that they sent me the invoice via e-mail. Very dodgy, in my experience.

Espaço do quarto e limpeza.

Cons:

Sou cliente e me hospedei outras vezes . Mas nesta última oportunidade Fiquei hospedado nA unidade 142, 4 andar e tive suportar cheiro desagradável de cigarro e fritura no corredor nos 2 dias … não sei o motivo. E o café da manhã merece uma atenção maior e ser melhorado .
