Cons:

Fiquei na suíte com 2 andares. A escada de acesso ao quarto é estreita e possui curvas que dificultam subir com malas. O mobiliário bem antigo e mal cuidado. O chuveiro fica dentro da banheira, cuja borda é alta e o piso escorregadio.

Quartos antigos, cama supletoria pessima meu filho dormiu no sofá. Nao limparam o meu quarto todos os dias até as 18:30 e isso que reclamamos . Meu marido deixou o meu cartao do quarto na recepção e ninguem avisou e quando pedi uma copia nao queriam dar dizendo que já tínhamos 2 porem estava com eles 😅 e ninguem se lembrou. Quartos muito antigos, chuveiro saindo pouca agua porque é muito velho. Nao gostei mesmo. Ainda tiver problemas no estacionamento trocaram meu carro e me deram outro que nao era o meu 🤭😞 e todos os dias quando eu chegava me perguntavam se eu estava com o meu carro registrado. Muito confuso.

Cons:

O quarto 123, onde fiquei, está precisando urgentemente de uma reforma. Tudo muito velho, e/ou mal recuperado. Pia do banheiro entupida.
