Pros:

The location of these apartments are is very good, very close to Av Paulista and lots of shops and restaurants near by.
The size of the apartment is great with lots of room.

Cons:

We had a duplex apartment on the 13th floor which was badly in need of complete renovation. All the furnishing was old. The windows had shutters but only had one window pane which meant the noise from the traffic and people outside was very loud. The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were very poor. My husband is a 66 year old man who has had 2 hip replacements so his flexibility is not as good as it was, the shower is set in a very deep bath and this caused him extreme difficulty getting into the shower due his lack of flexibility. Breakfast was barely adequate consisting mostly of fruit and pastries. The lift was very was very noisy and we could hear the hydraulics throughout the night as it was moving. This has the makings of a great apartment but needs a complete overhaul to get it there.

A acomodação é péssima.

Cons:

Cama desagradável. A Tv fica do lado de fora do quarto e a disposição dela não dá pra assistir, vc tem que mudar os móveis de lugar. Os funcionários mais velhos do hotel são solícitos e agradáveis mas os mais novos são desrespeitosos, ao ponto de não pegarem uma medicação entregue por um entregador mesmo nós avisando que seria entregue. Tem um rapazinho novo e o Felipe da noite que estragam o hotel, nossa estadia foi péssima! Não recomendo esse hotel pra ninguém!

Cons:

A cama não estava arrumada. Solicitei arrumação assim que cheguei, por volta das 21h. Saí para jantar, retornei as 23:30h, para a minha surpresa a cama continuava desarrumada e nem havia os lençois para que eu mesmo pudesse arrumar. Chamei novamente a recepçao que entao me enviou os lençois. Mas esqueceram da toalha, que novamente tive que solicitar
