Boa - localização excelente.
Pros:

O café da manhã estava excelente, o quarto era amplo e o hotel é muito bem localizado.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Encontramos uma meia, uma capa protetora de escova de dentes e uma garrafa plástica abaixo da cama - de outro hóspede.
Sentimos falta de touca de banho no banheiro. Faltam tomadas próximo à cama.
Além disso, não ficou claro em que horário a camareira passaria nos quartos ou não - esta foi pela manhã em um dia e no outro entrou durante a tarde no quarto enquanto estávamos nele, sem aviso.

reserva complicada, mas estadia agradável
Pros:

fiquei no quarto 203, 10 andar. Bastante superior ao que havia ficado no 4a andar (que tinha o mesmo preço).

Cons:

O atendimento e suporte pelo Whattsapp foi lamentável. Estava fora do país e recebi uma oferta de estadia para a data que pretendia, ao consulta-los. Tentei fazer a reserva pelos canais que vocês indicaram, mas Não consegui abrir o site (consta como site não seguro), tentei ligar(sem conseguir falar) e fiquei sem qualquer assistencia. O retorno veio após eu já ter feito (check out).
