The lights in the room are too bright, cool white, and not dimmable. The lamps on the sides of the bed were missing, and there were no electrical sockets on the sides of the bed.

Pros:

As acomodações são muito boas, com espaço excelente pra até 3 pessoas, camas confortáveis, banheiro espaçoso e chuveiro muito bom.
O café da manhã é bastante variado e muito bom também.
A área da piscina é bem agradável e com tamanho excelente, mas não tem aquecimento.
Os funcionários são educados, solícitos e bem preparados para atender os hóspedes.
A localização é perfeita, estando a poucos metros da Avenida Paulista, com alguns restaurantes bem próximos do hotel.

Cons:

Somente os travesseiros que poderiam ser mais confortáveis.

O quarto é bem grande, cama confortável.

A estrutura é bem antiga, secador não esquentava, banheira não tapava, luz do espelho também não ligava, pra mim não foi o fim do mundo, mas está precisando de uma boa reforma.
