O café da manha é bom. A localização é boa. O pessoal da recepção foi sempre muito gentil. Tem uma lojinha de conveniência no térreo o que é muito prático. Tem um restaurante italiano no térreo, o que é muito pratico também. O Hotel em geral é bom.

Cons:

Poderia ter uma poltrona ou cadeira confortável para ver TV, porque a TV ficava muito longe do sofá. As lâmpadas também poderiam ter temperatura de cor de 3.000ºK ou menos, o que deixaria a iluminação mais aconchegante. Todas as lâmpadas eram brancas brilhantes, parecendo luz de hospital. Poderia ter uma mesinha com cadeiras para se poder fazer um lanche ou trabalhar no computador. O apartamento tem um tamanho bom, mas não é bem equipado, nem decorado.
O Edredom e lençóis eram muito bons. O banheiro estava reformado, o que o tornava confortável. O Apart hotel de um modo geral é muito bom.
