Quería compartirle algunos comentarios de manera constructiva. En mi empresa valoro mucho cuando un cliente me señala oportunidades de mejora, por eso preferí escribirle.

Llegamos con expectativas altas por las buenas referencias y puntuación en Booking. Lo mejor del hotel fue la ubicación y la presión del agua.

Veo varias mejoras relativamente fáciles: limpieza profunda de la ventana del baño, mantenimiento de la ducha de mano, revisión de drenajes, mejor jabón, renovación de toallas y tapa del inodoro, mejor iluminación nocturna y porta maletas. También revisaría la ubicación de la secadora, porque está demasiado pegada al lavamanos y hace incómodo lavarse las manos o la cara.

En recepción, la atención fue poco cordial y el check-in demasiado lento, con muchas digitaciones e impresiones. Las tarjetas de acceso también fallaron varias veces.

El desayuno podría mejorar rotando algunas opciones cada día.

Finalmente, habitaciones, baños, recepción y áreas comunes ya muestran bastante desgaste y creo que merecen una renovación progresiva.
