SOU HÓSPEDE DESTE HOTEL HÁ MAIS DE 2,5 ANOS SENDO QUASE UMA HOSPEDAGEM DE FIM DE SEMANA (3 DIAS) A CADA MES. A LOCALIZAÇÃO É MUITO IMPORTANTE PARA MIM E OS APARTAMENTO SÃO LIMPOS E OS FUNCIONÁRIOS DA RECEPÇÃO E COLABORADORES SÃO ATENCIOSOS.

A TV NÃO ESTAVA SINTONIZADA. UM FUNCIONÁRIO DO HOTEL, MANUTENÇÃO, TENTOU MAS NÃO RESOLVEU. PASSEI 03 (TRES) DIAS SEM TV. COMUNIQUEI À EMPRESA QUE FEZ O ALUGUEL, NA CHEGADA, E ESTA NÃO PROVIDENCIOU ALGUEM PARA SINTONIUZAR A TV.

A localização próximo ao WTC.

Cons:

Quarto antigo com um pouco de cheiro de bolor. O café da manhã improvisado e com produtos sem adequado estado de conservação, o suco de laranja estava fermentado e foi retirado dias consecutivos por reclamação dos hóspedes. E colocado no lugar suco de caju. A vigilância sanitária deveria fazer uma inspeção.

A única parte que achei que ficou um pouco a desejar foi o café da manhã - achei o local pequeno e apertado, o que automaticamente diminui um pouco a oferta do café, mas o café em si estava ok
