Pros:

Tudo muito organizado, os funcionários muito solícitos. Tivemos um imprevisto devido a um roubo no trânsito ao chegar na cidade e tivemos que sair para arrumar o carro e nos ajudaram, deixando que fizéssemos o checkout após o horário.

Gente que supresa boa encontrar um hotel desse nível no booking, os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, era meu aniversário e recebi um upgrade de quarto… o quarto era tão maravilhoso que queria poder morar nele kkk, a o localização é excelente e o café da manhã, meu Deus! Quero ficar nesse hotel todas as vezes que for a São Paulo.

O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção, o quarto é espaçoso, chuveiro bom, Tv smart com Netflix, localização muito boa também.

Cons:

O café é gostoso, mas falta variedade pra quem gosta de mais opções deixa a desejar. No quarto poderia ter microondas, prato e talheres iria ajudar muito na hospedagem. O ar condicionado também faz um pouco de barulho.

Quarto simples, barulhento, escrivaninha pequena e cadeira desconfortável. Se estiver em home office, esqueça essa opção. Ar condicionado barulhento.
Café da manhã bom, mas simples, absolutamente nada de mais. Pelo valor cobrado, esperava MUITO mais.

Cons:

Quarto sem aquecimento e cobertor adicional solicitado devido ao frio veio sem condições de uso. A instalação do quarto era antiga e não que estava suja, mas sim mal higienizada, de modo que me deu até uma crise de rinite
