According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. The Radisson Oscar Freire is undergoing works in some apartments, which are part of the development's revitalization project, scheduled for completion in early March 2024. The objective is to offer the comfort and modernity that you deserve. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Gostei mais do radisson da vila olimpia. Café é quarto que fiquei do airbnb

Gostei da educação dos colaboradores. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom também. Gostei do cheiro do ambiente e da limpeza.

Cons:

O chão do quarto é frio, o quarto estava frio quando chegamos. O quarto não é espaçoso mas não é aconchegante. As camareiras demoram muito pra arrumar. Chegamos às 16h e o quarto ainda estava sem arrumar. O café da manhã não estava muito bom. Pouco inclusivo, sabor razoável.

O hotel tem uma estrutura bem antiga, os quartos estavam com a pintura um pouco a desejar, assim como o corredor. O aquecedor do ar condicionado nao estava funcionando e estava bem frio. Foi entregue um aquecedor portátil porem nao teve tanto efeito.o piso do banheiro nao tem aquecimento e estava bem frio.
