According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
The Radisson Oscar Freire is undergoing works in some apartments, which are part of the development's revitalization project, scheduled for completion in early March 2024. The objective is to offer the comfort and modernity that you deserve. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Localizaçao excelente. Quarto confortável, grande, bem equipados, com cortina blackout. Secador Taiff completo ( ótimo).

Atendimento, localização e limpeza do quarto.
O café da manhã tinha mais opções de bolos e pães sem lactose e gluten do que alimentos com lactose e gluten. Achei o café pior do que de outras vezes que me hospedei.
Zimmer gut und sauber und fuer Sao Paulo recht ruhig. Sehr sauber. Danke sehr fuer die gute Zimmerreinigung.
Betten sehr bequem und optimal.
Gute Gegend mit sehr schoenen (aber teuren) Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Sichere Gegend soweit ich dies beurteilen kann.
Balkontuer zum Oeffnen, d.h. man kann frische Luft bekommen.
Fruehstuecksraum viel zu klein fuer viele Gaeste, Alles sehr beengt. Mehrmals musste man auf einen Tisch warten weil Alles voll war.
Service dort schlecht und unfreundlich.
Buffet mittelmaessig.
Keine Moeglichkeit sich Essen auf das Zimmer zu bestellen.
Restaurant beim Abendessen schlecht, Sehr langsam, eher unfreundlich und Essen mittelmaessig.
Rezeption teilweise freundlich, beim Empfang am ersten Tag unfreundlich.
Minibar wurde fast nie nachgefuellt, Auch nach Bitte die Minibar wieder aufzufuellen wurde dies nicht gemacht.

O café da manhã em si é excelente, mas o espaço utilizado é apertado demais para a quantidade de hóspedes, gerando uma confusão, aperto e barulho desconfortantes.
