Cobblestone Suites, in my opinion, is a 5-Star accommodation.
Pros:

I loved the suite that we stayed in. They served one of the tastiest continental breakfasts I have ever had. I will definitely be using Cobblestone Suites in the future. The staff is always so very accommodating.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing I did.not like during my stay.

Pros:

I love how quite it was. It was very nice. Everything was very clean and work well.

Cons:

I can still see the light from outside at night when going to sleep. The light from the microwave was shinning towards us. But we did had good sleep when turn to a different side.

Pros:

I love how clean the hotel and room was, it's very roomy and comfortable, it's like a home away from home. The breakfast is great also

Cons:

The only problem I had was that when I booked the hotel online, it told me the deposit for the room would be $50; however once I checked in I was told the deposit would be $100 AND it could be up to 2 weeks before I get the deposit back. That was not pleasant to hear at all and makes me concerned for booking in the future

We needed to check out early. Stopped at the desk as. COURTESY to let the employee know. Right away she replied you’re not getting your money back.
Yes, we were aware of that AND we didn’t even ask. She could use some additional training , it was a great hotel experience until that point. Very unnecessary on her part. There was ZERO need to be defensive and immediately assume we were going to ask.

Pros:

Very clean, staff is nice! Our room was perfect for our holiday get together. Beds are very comfortable and the pool water is very comfortable!

Pros:

Such a great trip with my granddaughter. The pool was the perfect size for her to swim and play and the hot tub was a great place for me to watch and relax. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and competent. Do not miss the breakfast I've never had such a variety to choose from at a hotel before. There is also a game room! (Shh I didn't tell the 6yr old we will save that for the next time)

Cons:

Only flaw i saw was they need a rug in the elevator because the floor gets wet from people coming out of the poo

A very bad experience.
Pros:

Nothing since I didn't get a chance to stay there.

Cons:

When I arrived, I was told there was no record of my reservation, even though I had a confirmation number. The front desk person did not help at all. I contacted Booking, and they said they tried to call the hotel 3 times but no one answered. After dealing with this for over 30 minutes, I just got really frustrated, and left to go elsewhere.
