Room was clean, location was convenient.
Pros:

I can say enough great things. My daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the room and the cleaning crew found it and saved it. I called and they told me they had it and shipped it back to us. I appreciate the kind staff you have there and the care they take. You have gained a lifelong customer. I will be staying at your hotels from now on. Thank you, your crew made my daughter so happy. I hope this makes it to them.

Terrible hotel each year it gets worse.

• parking lot has a light flashing / malfunctioning that illuminates the room at
night
• bath tub is not sealed and leaks
• no Kleenex in bathroom
• was not able to pay with a different t card bc credit card machine was not working ans could not scan Apple Pay
• no towels in the swimming pool area
• no water out for drinking
• no bottle waters offered upon arrival
• wifi not working with last name and room number
• room seems run down with moldings falling apart and cracks on paint
• several elevators not working
