Terrible experience
Pros:

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! This was by far my worst experience with a Hilton hotel. On the first day, the WiFi didn’t work. The next morning, there was no hot water and I had to take a cold shower. The entrance door at the far end of the hotel was unlocked for our entire stay. The one working ice machine on the 2nd floor stopped working on the second day of our stay. I did a load of laundry on our last night and the dryer was terrible. Even though I ran it twice, my clothes weren’t dry. I was forced to dry my clothes with the hair dryer in the room at 11:30 at night. The staff at the hotel said there was nothing they could do and directed my request to the general manager, Steven Haight. I emailed Haight twice and have not received any response.

Will not stay there again
Pros:

Hotel restaurant was good for dinner. The HVAC system was not too noisy. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Took a long time to check in because they had to reset the network. Bed was too soft. There was a desk in the corner of the room, but it had a large chair which was awkward to move. Had problems moving chair to get both feet under the desk.

Tired rooms need makeover and more attention to detail.
Pros:

Somewhat sad condition. Outside is nice, but the room left a lot to be desired. Regular Hilton brand fan, but not this time. Room needed paint and other makeovers, new mattress, etc. Bathroom toilet seat was loose enough to come off. Hot water was beyond insanely hot. None of the ice makers had ice and appeared to be disconnected from water. Overall too many issues to ignore.

would not stay here again and would not recommend.
Pros:

the breakfast was good. the selection was very good

Cons:

We had a difficult drive and was happy to hear that restaurant would be open when we got back to hotel after a wake.
Appeared that air conditioner wasn't working. We sat down and a menu when brought over but server disappeared. we waited over 10 minutes and no one appeared to take our order. We had to go out to find a restaurant which we didn't want to do.

Would have been a 10 rating if notified pool and spa were closed and elevator worked.
Pros:

Nice size rooms and parking was good.

Cons:

Pool and spa closed for repairs the entire stay. Elevator kept breaking down.
