Rien. Tout était parfait
We stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
We had a small issue with the shower pipe, but it was fixed while we were out and everything was sorted when we returned. The room was quite warm, but a fan was brought up within about 10 minutes after we asked, organised quickly by Edvin.
Edvin also gave helpful advice on taxis and where best to pick one up to avoid traffic. Cristina provided a quick and efficient check-in, and our room was ready earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus.
The location is excellent, at the quieter end of La Rambla, close to the metro and only a short walk to Plaça Catalunya. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily recommend this hotel
We had a fantastic stay. The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.
We were only in town for a very short time and really wanted to visit Sagrada Familia, but unfortunately we hadn't purchased tickets in advance and everything on line appeared to be sold out, Te front desk staff went above and beyond and were somehow able to locate tickets for us. Because of their help, we were able to see one of the main sights we came to Barcelona for.
Their kindness and willingness to help made our visit special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Only one night stop over here before embarking to cruise ship and the location is excellent. Only thing just now is that outside the hotel there are street works going on and the place is just one big upheaval! Doesn't look, feel good and a total mess and not easy trailing suitcases, but I'm sure once the works are completed it will be a lot better. Hotel okay and staff very helpful. Breakfast was good though the tinned peaches were off and had to say to the waitress. Yes would still recommend.
Skvělá poloha blízko moře a noční život. Čisté ubytování pokojské vždy vyměnily ručníky a vše ostatní k mé spokojenosti.

Didn’t know there was construction going on, so we wouldn’t have paid extra for a balcony room.
