Clean and nice staff
Not the hotels fault, but lots of roadworks
The front desk team under the leadership of Judit Sebastián are the most caring and capable that I have encountered in extensive global travels over many decades. In addition to Judit, Jose deserves special mention.
My husband and I chose this hotel for its convenient location, close to the port. We stayed here before and after our seven-day cruise. The reception staff was incredibly helpful when we arrived in Barcelona, allowing us to check in early after our long flight from Raleigh to Miami to Barcelona. Our room was clean and quiet, with a lovely balcony in both occasions.
We had an outstanding experience in the hotel thanks to Jose Carlos and Cristina's warm hospitality and helpful assistance throughout our visit.
We highly recommend this hotel in Barcelona - the staff were fantastic and our stay was incredibly comfortable. We hope to return soon! ❤️🇪🇸

It was a nice hotel. Nice facility and staff. Restaurants were good. There was construction on the street but it was safe.
We stayed at this hotel during our city break in Barcelona. The location is truly excellent - right on La Rambla, meaning almost all the 'must-see' spots are within walking distance. If you need to go further, a metro station is just a few meters away.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are clean, nice, well-kept, and offer a view of La Rambla. The surrounding area is also packed with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. He was lovely and more than happy to give us advice about our trip and travel routes. He also introduced us to the hotel's hidden gem: the rooftop terrace. It feels like an oasis of calm after a long day of exploring the city :)
It is an ideal hotel if you are looking for somewhere nice and clean in a great location - right in the city center for a reasonable price. Overall, a very pleasant hotel at a great price in a perfect location! :)

All went really well. Staff is very helpful and the hotel is very well located at las ramblas. The breakfast has a great offer and high quality.
Internet needs to be better. It was really difficult to have a good connection all the time.

Great location and friendly staff. Room was clean however lacked more space for unpacking for longer stays. The walls are slightly thin as you can hear the next room but wasn’t disruptive to sleep. I would return here if I come back to visit.
Construction all along the mall of LaRambla. I am assuming they are trying to get it completed before the summer rush since we were here in January. However from the location of our room you couldn’t hear the workers who start early in the morning.
I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Arc La Rambla. The location is unbeatable—right on La Rambla and within walking distance of Plaza Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter, the port, restaurants, and shops.
The hotel offers great value for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the view was lovely. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and helpful, which made the experience even better. I also felt safe throughout my stay.
Overall, it’s a great choice if you want convenience, comfort, and an excellent location in the heart of Barcelona. I would definitely stay here again.
