Cons:

Pessoas na piscina a noite fazendo barulho. Liguei para a recepção e o funcionario disse que não podia fazer nada! ! ! Absurdo.

Podia sim desligar a luz da piscina, som … má vontade

Generally very good as expected except for the significant charges for the small packages received.
Pros:

It is well balanced and tasty. Good choice of offerings. Well done!

Cons:

The $10 charge for each individual package that arrives for a guest was a low point. I can understand that there is extra admin, but $10 on a $15 envelope/ package is a bit too much. Perhaps a reduced per package cost or daily fee or per visit might be more acceptable.

me encanta esa ubicación

la habitación muy amplia y cómoda

El desayuno estaba bien, un poquito de todo, nada extraordinario pero había variedad y todo rico, yogurts deliciosos.

Excelente ubicación, enfrente del publix y restaurantes.

Que la cocina estaba completa y bonita.

Cons:

había un mal olor por ratos en el cuarto, el personal solo en la mañana un señor muy amable, en de la noche nada amable.

muy caro $10 por paquete y que cobran parqueo aparte, estos hoteles generalmente incluyen el parqueo.

Convenient location and good breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the Suite was well appointed.

Cons:

The shower curtain was too close to bathtub, the air conditioner was too loud and there was no sheet on the sofa bed and none was in bathe room.

Good location. Staff need to be more helpful.

Cons:

I complained about the bed. Neither myself or husband are big people but when I went to lived I felt like I was sleeping on the side of a cliff. I had to switch rooms. The second room had a much better room. When I complained to the staff they were like well that’s it. I told them to come in the room but they wouldn’t. One of them finally offered another room.
