Wish breakfast had more selection to offer . Need to put complementary at least 2 bottles of water and 2 cups. Need to make check in around 1pm

It was comfortable

Cons:

I requested early check-in via email and didn't have a room ready. Had to wait 1-2 hrs for a room. They said there was last minute booking. I feel that a room should have been saved for us because I requested it a month in advance. They should have responded to the request since I was flying in. We were very disappointed.

Good for short stays, but not very clean
Pros:

Breakfast in very mild a good option is at least the little cups of greek yogurt. The room was not very clean, same as the bathroom, but our stay was short and didn't mind. The halls and windows aren't very clean either. The staff sometimes is nice

Staff is not very welcoming or open to requests. The room, bathroom, halls and windows aren't very clean. Breakfast only has 1-2 good options

Besides the hairs in the bathroom, the linen , towels and the room were clean.
Pros:

The front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful and polite. We reached there much later than anticipated due to a mishap with our GPS, but he accommodated us with a smile and was very helpful. He made our stay absolutely worthwhile. I also loved that the room was equipped with a fridge and mini stove.

Cons:

There were some hair strands in the bathroom of the people who used the room prior to us.

Mold. Black Mold. Staff says black mold is no big deal

Location was great.

Cons:

Mold. Black Mold. Told the staff and the manager said “black mold won’t bother you” - being gaslit by a hotel worker about science was fun. After 2 days I developed a severe sinus infection and checked out on day 4. I haven’t been sick in Years. Went to the urgent care and I have a sinus infection from MOLD. The hallway air vent was covered the entire bathroom wall was black mold.

Tell the staff and they will smirk and laugh at you. One of the worst hotel stays of my life and I have traveled the entire East Coast of the US
