Nice hotel but the room service lacked
Pros:

The breakfast was good and well managed. It had a nice selection and everything was fresh. It was kept clean. The room was nice with the two bedroom setup.

Cons:

They did not service the room for the first three days of our stay. I had to go to the front desk and request that they add more linen and dump the overflowing trash,

Cons:

Fiz uma reserva a MESES atrás para este hotel, conferindo todos os detalhes da reserva. Quando cheguei, a atendente do check-in me comunicou que eu não poderia fazer o check in e nem me hospedar neste hotel por estar sozinho e ter menos de 21 anos. Em NENHUM momento durante a reserva, havia informações que pessoas com menos de 21 anos desacompanhadas não poderiam se hospedar ali. Desesperado, tive que procurar outro hotel, sem assistência nenhuma dos funcionários e nem da plataforma. Serve como um alerta para pessoas que estão nessa situação. Além disso, hotel sem limpeza adequada nas dependências e funcionários mal-educados e pouco interessados em ajudar. Um descaso, nunca mais volto e não recomendo.

Everything else was good. It's time to update the living and Di I g room furniture.

The suite size was great.

Cons:

The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the sofa sagged in the middle. One of the bathroom tubs didn't look great so we avoided it. Dining room chairs not comfortable.

La habitación limpia lo único que no hacen limpieza diaria, pero si se lo pides al personal de limpieza son extremadamente amables
