Pedi um lanche no Service room, que nunca chegou. Porém, foi lançado na minha conta. O banheiro estava com vazamento no box. Em frente ao meu quarto, mesmo com placa de não perturbe, havia uma intensa movimentação de carrinhos da limpeza e da arrumação.

O Restaurante do Hotel è muito agradàvel e as atendentes simpáticas...mas è o unico ponto positivo do Hotel

Cons:

Limpeza pèssima,o piso do quarto onde me hospedei estava simplesmente "imundo ". O atendimento da equipe noturna da Recepção foi pèssimo e mal educados...o serviço de manobrista,tambem noturno deixou a desejar...Já a equipe da manhã do dia seguinte muito simpatica e educados (12 para 13 de Junho)

CAfé da manhã muito bom, ducha muito boa, localização excelente porém ruidosa.
Pros:

Hotel é bom e a localização é ótima. Contudo, a rua é bem movimentada e fiquei em um quarto de frente para a rua. As janelas não vedavam mto bem o barulho. O estacionamento é terceirizado e pequeno, seu carro pode ir para outro espaço deles e demorar quando vc pedir.

Cons:

Isolamento acústico das janelas do quarto. Agilidade do estacionamento. Horário do café da manha o elevador fica bem congestionado. Demora até 10min para vc conseguir descer para o café da manhã ou check-out.

Restaurante, funcionários terríveis, cabelo e sei lá mais o q voando pelo banheiro na chegada, falta de toalha de banho, uma vergonha esse hotel, o gerente devia ter vergonha.
