Pros:

Cama confortável, chuveiro excelente. Piscina boa Tb. Café da manhã muito bom. Barreiro aberto até as 22h com opções de comida.

Cons:

Achei que poderia ter uma área kids. Vi outras crianças no hotel além das minhas. O ar condicionado não funcionava direito. E a tv estava desconfigurada, não consegui acessar. Em um dos quartos o quadro de energia produzia um barulho o tempo todo.

Pros:

Personal muy amable, cuarto espacioso, buen café da manha, variado en dulce y salado. Bien ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y cerca del centro. El edificio cuenta con parking administrado por otra empresa, pero tienen precio diario de 35 reales para los huéspedes y es con valet parking muy cómodo.

Cons:

El aseo diario del cuarto no era muy prolijo, la llave del aseo sanitario estaba mala. No había control para el cable, solo la tele, pero era Smart se podía ver youtube, son detallitos que son de rápida solución, no debieran suceder.

Qualidade dos quartos e limpeza muito boas. Atendimento cordial e excelente café da manhã.

Cons:

Provavelmente foi uma coisa pontual, porém na noite que cheguei tive que trocar de quarto pois tinha um morcego lá dentro que só notei quando fui dormir… tentei tirá-lo mais de uma vez, mas como não conseguimos, tive que trocar de quarto e por isso tive que fazer a mala toda novamente e desfazê-la no novo quarto.
Também achei que o serviço de passar roupa deixou a desejar depois do primeiro dia. No primeiro deixei na recepção uma camisa que foi passada praticamente na hora e deixada no meu quarto. Nos dias seguintes os funcionários disseram que não daria tempo, estava deixando a camisa no início da noite e que a camisa só ficaria disponível a tarde. Aí expliquei que no dia anterior eu tinha deixado de manhã cedo e 1 hora depois já estava pronta… enfim, achei que as informações poderiam ser mais claras.
Apesar das reclamações, fui atendido de forma cordial e voltaria a me hospedar lá novamente, tanto que deixo uma nota boa. Mas acho que o objetivo da crítica é para melhorarem em pequenos detalhes.
