Muito escuro o quarto
Viajei com minha neta , levando todos os documentos , inclusive ordem judicial e ao chegar no hotel exigiram ainda autorização dos pais , um constrangimento . Fiz reserva através do Booking e nada disso foi informado .

Tivemos todo o apoio necessário quando precisamos mudar de quarto, muito solicitos . A qualidade dos alimentos no café da manhã.

Cons:

Creio que um Gerente ou similar falando muito alto no restaurante, durante o café . Desagradável, pois não tinha como conversar entre nós .podetia ter um certo controle da voz .

Limpeza do quarto. Nos cantos do quarto parecia que estava coberto de mofo, mas era sujeira mesmo… passei um lenço umedecido para ver e saiu facilmente. O espelho do banheiro estava com uma cola bem na altura da cabeça que impedia a visão do rosto
