Localização e logística na cidade

Cons:

Checkin online feito não foi considerado na chegada na recepção. Mesmo com ele feito antecipadamente, fiquei 20 min na fila e tive que preencher todas informações de novo. Tv não funcionava aplicativos/internet. Pergunta no chat do booking levou mais de 3 dias para ser respondida (antes da chegada)

Excelente localização, tamanho do quarto e estrutura, hotel muito completo, serviço de quarto eficiente , possui garrafa elétrica para esquentar água no quarto

Cons:

Check in bastante demorado devido a burocracia ou sistema, box do banheiro não fecha porta e tem uma abertura grande que acaba molhando o chao e tapete da área externa, cafe da manha caro pelo que oferece

Quartos são limpos.

Cons:

Café da manhã péssimo. Pão de queijo frio, ovos mexidos moles e sempre frio. Uma manhã chegamos às 09:40 para tomar café e já não tinha mais nada e falaram que não iriam repor, sendo que era até 10:00. Funcionários do café da manhã parece não ter treinamento algum, apenas uma moça que ficava na recepção do café era preparada.

Chegamos para fazer o checkin, muito demorado. Nosso quarto com o toalheiro quebrado, e uma toalha de limpeza esquecida em cima da pia.

Pros:

Localização excepcional, num dos melhores bairros de Curitiba, perto de tudo. Apartamento top de linha, com dois ambientes, climatizado, banheira de hidromassagem, chuveiro a gás, TV, cama super confortável. Estacionamento com valet 24 horas. Serviço de quarto 24 horas e café da manhã bem servido.

O hotel tem uma localização ótima. O atendimento também muito bom, todos atenciosos. Café da manhã com muita opção. Limpeza do quarto boa.

O que não gostei: a wi-fi não pegava muito bem no quarto e as toalhas achei um pouco velhas, pareciam lixas.

Ao chegar no Hotel eles não encontravam minha reserva, tive que esperar mais de 30 ou mais . O banheiro estava com mau odor a xixi, eu tive que jogar água quente no vaso WC . O chão estava sujo havia uma coberta sobre a cama que nitidamente estava suja, o Edredom não estava com a capa etc…
