O atendimento dos recepcionistas, independente do turno. A falta de segurança por não serem exigidos muitos protocolos para acessar os quartos do hotel. A falta de treinamento dos recepcionistas para dar informação. A equipe precisa estar integrada com o conceito de hotelaria, que sugere acolhimento ao hóspede, gentileza e conhecimento sobre as normais e protocolos do hotel.
