On arrival, I was shocked to find that my booking did NOT include breakfast, even though I had paid for it. For staff were not helpful and in fact quite dismissive. When I walked into the room I was again shocked at how small the room was. I have stayed in many hotels in KL and had a room MUCH larger for half the price Cititel was charging. Cititel was NOT value for money. No facilities. The website mentioned that parking and use of a pool was available but did not mention that they were at extra expense! For the last 4 days of my stay the noise from room renovations directly above my room was extraordinary! Drilling and the noise of a jack-hammer is not acceptable in a hotel. If they are renovating a room then the rooms directly below should not be in use. The staff were not very helpful with this complaint and it was not until my 7th visit to the front desk that action was taken. The manager was also not able to see me at the time!!!

Room service taking long time
Location is prime area and close to public transport. Connected to midvalley and the Gardens mall.
The pillow was really hard. My neck hurts. One of the towels had some old stains.
Has 2 Malls within walking distance.
Not worth on Breakfast buffet as the choices are limited. Listed items does not match the actual food menu. And almost same dishes on daily menu.
Mid vally Citidel is my favorite hotel in Malaysia and this is favorite for many reasons,
Shopping mall access, movie, food choices, super market, and all best brand H&M, Sports-Direct and Pandi and many more….It is always a value many location thou my trip was short 2 nights I cannot imagine no other hotel and shopping can be done in 24 hours. Love it and will be always keep coming back.
