這酒店就在商場裏面，我已來過吉隆坡很多次，吉隆坡的景點很多我都去過。我今次來吉隆坡是因為有事情要辦，這酒店距離最近的地鐵站(abdullah hukum) 約十分鐘, 全程行商場. 商場很大 這裏有很多餐廳 超市, 什麼都有, 我每天住得很開心, 又kl sentral過來坐地鐵 只需兩至三個 地鐵站, 或者 在kl sentral坐grab過來 都很近. 這酒店性價比也很高, 坐地鐵或grab 去市中心玩也很方便.

The location. Easy access. I was very happy with the stay in the past. This has always been my first choice in KL usually.
Cleanliness. The lack of it. My room had urine and had to change the room after I unpacked and got into the shower. The urine was on the toilet seat. The staff are not welcoming either. They avoid dealing with queries.
The location is really a plus factor!
Unfortunately there was a strong cigarette odour at the corridor of where we were staying. Informed the staff at the reception and this was promptly acted on by placing a humidifier. Well done, Cititel!
Good price and very convenient to the places we wanted to go to (i.e. Midvalley and KL Sentral). Very good room with clean amenities.
Didn't have hair conditioner. The bed mattress is a little too hard for my liking but still had good sleep.
The location was great as it was connected to the Mid Valley Mega Mall & The Gardens.
The building works from 9am to 5pm. There was no information about it. The noise stopped when I went to the hotel reception who just made excuses at first but did try to do something about it.

The breakfast was also good with plenty of choices. However, the pancakes were a bit hard when eaten. It would be great if you could provide blueberry or strawberry jam to go with the pancakes.
The room and toilet were clean, and the environment was comfortable. I had a good and restful sleep in such a clean conditions. and nice city view.
It’s also convenient for shopping, as it’s easy to get to Mid Valley.
The parking fee for staying at this hotel is very reasonable. I am very satisfied.
The bathroom is a bit small, and it may feel uncomfortable to shower, especially for bigger-sized guests.
The room is a bit small, but still manageable.
I found small insects in the cup holder area and the wardrobe. I hope the management can look into and resolve this issue. thank you.
