location and price. Has a pool though I didn't use it.

Cons:

Pillows not good. Exercise room equipment broken and poorly maintained. did not see a temp controller in room. may be I didn't look hard enough

Surprisingly good for the price
Pros:

Room was clean and well-stocked. The staff was very friendly - at check-in, check-out, and in the middle of the night when my key got demagnetized. At the price point, I was worried about how nice it would be, and it ended up surprisingly nice.

Cons:

Only things you would expect from this price point - things are aging, carpet has some minor set stains (though definitely cleaned and vacuumed), towels aren't very nice, juice machine was broken.

The front desk staff were wonderful. Breakfast was ok. Hot tub didn't work. Room door didn't close. Busted towel bar. Black mold. Hand prints all over headboard. I had to wipe down and clean everything, extremely filthy. Weed smell in front of hotel. Bathroom and room constantly smelled like weed from next door Fridge in room was filthy and barely worked, paint splattered. Holes in walls. Cig butts all over the front of hotel. Everything was sticky and gross up front. Still has COVID floor stickers up front. Not worth what I paid.
