There was great space in our room, everything worked and was clean. Very quiet and it was private enough.

The rooms all fully updated. They are nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast selection. Water pressure was good and lots of hot water.
Bright lights coming in through the window even with the blinds closed. Small mat at front door and with all the snow and slush very difficult to stay on the tiny space, there should be a bigger doormat.
Upon arrival staff were very nice.

You could here people in the morning walking in there rooms and woke us up the walls must be extremely thin.

We came in with baby to meet his family who lives on muskoka lake for the first time where rushed out early told we where a bother when we asked them to put on the tv as you needed a code and rushed out

Excellent location and very accommodating
The property was fine and room was very clean but they do not offer breakfast. They give you a take out bag with yogurt, an apple and a juice box.
Fantastic improvement and being made at this location, I would highly recommend staying here.

Property was under renovation but staff was excellent
The room was clean, and beautifully renovated. Staff was friendly and courteous. My only issue was that a breakfast buffet was advertised in the pics and the buffet was none existent. Instead they had a cold bag breakfast which contained an apple, granola bar, yogurt, water, and juice box.
When we checked in, there was a funky smell coming from the washroom and after inspection, we noticed there were stains in the bottom of the toilet. We notified reception and they came over to check. She apologized and moved us to another room right away. The quick service was greatly appreciated. The new room was clean, washroom was a bit old and small cracks on the floor, the top lock for the door was broken. The TV only had a few channels but we only needed the place to sleep since we would be out all day so it served it's purpose. Rooms were spacious. Mini fridge was helpful in keeping our drinks cold, microwave we did not use nor the coffee machine. The location was perfect in Bracebridge. We would stay here again.
