Perfect kick off point for the Camino de Santiago.
Pros:

I had a view of the bridge & it was close to the Camino de Santiago train to St Jean Pied de Port.

Un jeune commis a la réception est intervenue auprès de moi le dernier matin pour me faire part de ne pas apporter mon café à la chambre mais que le thé est permis. Alors que le règlement dit toute boisson chaude.!!!! Il était très arrogant dont la façon que ceci a été dit. Je voyage beaucoup et l'ensemble des hôtels offre le thé ou le café même à la chambre. On me dit car si on échappe du café cela tache les tapis.. Je vous recommande de nettoyer les tapis car il m'a été impossible de marché sans que mes chaussettes blanche devienne sale en peu de temps . Nettoyer l'ascenseur odeur désagréable.

Pros:

Excellent location at good value really nice breakfast room with lovely helpful staff. Rarely give as good a review. It is 3 star but well worth it.

Nous avons fait un très beau séjour à Bayonne.
Pros:

Le personnel très gentil et dévoué. Toutes les informations que l'on nous a données sur la ville à l'arrivée. Le bon petit déjeuner. La situation géographique de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Nous avons acheté à l'hôtel une carte pour pouvoir utiliser le parking payant situé à proximité. Sur la carte, il y avait de la fausse information, ce qui a compliqué notre accès au stationnement. Il me semble que les gestionnaires du parking devraient mettre à jour l'information contenues sur ces cartes pour éviter des ennuis aux touristes.
