Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Everything except the very narrow and dangerous exit from the car park. It is very badly designed

Cons:

The exit from the car park is very difficult and dangerous. It is too narrow and the bend is very tight.

Staff tried to make amends, but would much rather have had a clean room

Arrived late. In the morning discovered that the room and shower had not been cleaned smelt really bad.
Waiting for a 50% refund.

Very enjoyable, comfortable stay
Pros:

It was close to the docks and where we wanted to be. The parking was great, got a space no problem . The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very clean.

Cons:

There were no coat hooks in the room or a plug socket near the long mirror. The pillows were a bit too hard. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work

Cold shower GG
Pros:

The water in the shower didn't get hot, only had cold or lukewarm all the time we were there.

Cons:

Shower, and twin bed were too close to each other, might as well been a double.

Very enjoyable and lovely stay!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and was happy to help with anything. I liked the security of you having to have a card to use the elevator. The rooms were very clean, housekeeping everyday. The shower was nice and easy to use and the beds were very comfy and spacious. Location was fantastic too right on the front. Enjoyed playing pool at the bar.

Cons:

I can’t sleep without the noise of a fan present due to anxiety so when asked for a fan it turned out to be broke so was making scraping noises, got a new one the next day and after an hour started making noises of drilling so I gave up, so my sleep was very minimal due to this but everything else was great.
