Pros:

I love the location to the arena and city centre and James Street rail station. With a 8.50 train to Chester to catch a 7.00 am alarm and good breakfast start time very convenient. I was able to walk to James Street in 10 minutes .

Cons:

Nothing I didn't particularly like, just little bit softer pillow would be great. I requested 2 extra mattress toppers after my previous stay which were honoured so greatly appreciate. I will stay here again.

As we needed a disabled access room the room was a bit small and the wheelchair couldn't get passed the bed so it was a bit difficult but the other room we also had booked for none disability was fine
