Great location and clean and comfortable.
Tea and coffee was limited

Only thing that was annoying is they don’t take cash so if you do take money you can’t use it in the hotel….we could the last couple times we had been but not able to now
Good location opposite Albert Dock and near downtown shopping. Sightseeing buses and Beatles Story just across the street.
Only one towel (no face/hand towel). Somewhat chaotic breakfast (another guest actually removed my food tray and sat in my chair while I was up getting coffee), no seasonal fruit, only toaster wasn’t working properly. Funny bench (photo), not practical for sitting or opening suitcase. Generally less attractive than other Ibis properties I’ve been to.

Bathroom smelt bad which made room smell
The location was great, really central to everywhere on foot. Staff were friendly and rooms were grand for price paid, we were out and about most of time so room size didn't bother us.

Great location of the hotel, clean room. We also got some nice coffee from coffe machine in the mornings, even though we didn't have breakfast included. That was very nice of you, thank you.
Everything you could ask for . Clean ,location . Breakfast excellent lots of choice. Can't fault .
Proximity to the docks and city centre
Bed was terribly uncomfortable, staff on reception shouldn’t work in hospital - didn’t feel very welcoming, and we had to listen to what sounded like an alarm going off for the duration of our stay.

We asked for a change of room because the forst was very compact
The new room was not ready for occupation. No towels. I had no where near the bed to even put my glasses and phone.
We had to go to receprion to collect the items we needed.
Location and price
Breakfast was sub par. Some things ran out 30 minutes before the end and weren’t replaced on request. Poor cleanliness. We’ve stayed 2-3 times earlier and the place has deteriorated markedly. New management?
