Enjoyed our stay,as we always do at Ibis hotels,and will continue to use Ibis hotels
Pros:

Only there for one night but the room met our needs,the location of the hotel was specific to were we attending a concert at the M&S Bank arena.
Breakfast contained a good variety of foods catering for all guests and was well presented.

Cons:

There was a distinctive smell of drains emitting from the bathroom,which was the only negative of our stay.

Don't rely on hotel wifi
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were so lovely.

Cons:

The WiFi is shockingly poor. While scrolling social media, images and gifs would not load or were slow to load. Terrible. I've never experienced this from a hotel. I had to buy an esim UK data plan to ensure I had coverage.

Would definitely use the hotel again. Clean, brilliant location and excellent staff.
Pros:

Brilliant location. Super clean. The staff were amazing. The ladies on reception were also very attentive at breakfast seating people, taking payments and making sure that supplies were stocked up.

Cons:

The traffic getting there and it would be nice if there were more offers on price for hotel/parking. Also we couldn’t charge our electric car because petrol cars were parked in the spaces.

Fantastic location. Great value. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Let’s be honest, in no way is The Ibis a luxury hotel. What it is though is exceptionally well-priced, in a great location, with perfectly good amenities and friendly staff.

We paid £40 for a bright room with all the facilities we needed, including a spacious, well-appointed bathroom, literally a two minute walk from Liverpool One.

If you’re looking for convenience and good value, this is a great hotel.
