Pros:

Polite and friendly welcome by the Reception staff. Hotel very clean. Bed comfy. Great location. Good WiFi.
We ate breakfast all 4 mornings, food cooked well, good selection of hot drinks.

Cons:

Mushrooms were not available for breakfast !

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great. Could be a bit more selection. Building and rooms are a bit run down and tired. Smell of disinfectant in the hallways.

Staff was nice to come get our room cooled off, but it was soooo stuffy with the fan not working.

Cons:

The step up to the bathroom. Stubbed my toe multiple times during the stay, especially at night.
Loud shrieks from the youth group of girls staying next door.

I wish I had spent more as I found this hotel ok but basic. Staff were very helpful though.
Pros:

Its location to the Albert Docks and what we could do from there.

Cons:

The lack of granola this morning for my breakfast. I was told they were waiting on a delivery!! Really! Sorry not good enough. Fresh fruit was available but more selection might have been nice.
