Lovely hotel right across the road from Albert dock. Great restaurant/bar.
Nice clean room.
Lovely, helpful, friendly staff.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa, não muito longe da estação de trem e em frente ao Albert Dock. Também é possível ir a pé às principais atrações da cidade.

Cons:

A recepcionista que nos recebeu poderia ter sido mais amigável, ficou nos apressando pra guardar as malas, pois estava sozinha no atendimento, mas estávamos com dois idosos. O carpete do meu quarto estava com cheiro ruim, mas como foi só por uma noite, não foi um grande problema.

Very central location. Good for very short stays.
Pros:

Very central location and right next to Liverpool One and the Albert Docks. Bed was super comfy which was unexpected. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Although I had parked my car at the Liverpool One car park I noticed that there is a decent sized car park at this hotel and the rates are reasonable. Room was very clean.

Cons:

I had asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the road side. It was OK but it leaves me wondering what happens to these requests in booking.com and whether they are noticed by the hotel. Shower pressure was not great but passable. Room was rather small with much space around the bed but I was there for only 1 night so tolerable. Breakfast was OK - not particularly interesting and no gluten free options (at least none visible or any signs to indicate one should ask). I decided not to have dinner at the hotel partly because the menu is rather bland. Went to Pizza Express over the road.
