It was good for a one night stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good and catered for gluten free

Cons:

The room was quite squashed a big hall way with just a mirror and big bathroom but 2 single beds was squashed no room to get to facilities to close to the tv and wadrobe

Mixed bag. Great location.
Pros:

Fantastic spot in the city, right opposite the Docks about a 5min walk. Quiet hotel. Comfy bed, and helpful & friendly staff.

Cons:

Clearly some works are evidently being done up (painting in corridor upon arrival) -- our kettle was promptly replaced after the switch didn't work. Our bathroom door was quite stiff. No near plug for the kettle. Bit dusty behind TV (couldn't help but notice after turning TV on at wall).

In short, I would definitely return and found it excellent value for money.
Pros:

First impressions, professional, helpful, friendly staff. Conveniently situated for the conference I was attending and right in front of the Docks. The room was basic but I didn’t need more than that. It was clean, a comfortable bed and tea/coffee facilities. Because of dietary considerations It can often be difficult with many menu items so I keep it as uncomplicated as possible yet still had options.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property though hand towels would have been appreciated.

Pleasant stay however does require improvement
Pros:

Great location near to the dock. We were at an event at M and S bank arena so was ideal.

Cons:

The Food/Restaurant menu was advertising a 24 hour menu: We didn’t eat at our event. Returned to hotel asked for a pizza to take up to the room. Staff said kitchen was closed. Even though items were supposed to be available 24 hours.
