Great location and great value hotel.
Pros:

Great location, clean and room was roomy and comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic

Cons:

Room was extremely hot despite turning down the thermostat. The noise from the street disturb sleep as did constant banging of doors in the morning.

La cafetera de la habitación no funcionaba. Lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que lo arreglarían al día siguiente, después de nuestra salida por lo que no nos dieron solución

Rooms were to warm, fan provided did not help.
Room booked said 2 queen beds, room I was giving beds were very small, seemed like small doubles.

The front desk staff are the Novotel's best asset!
Pros:

All of the front of desk staff and those on breakfast were brilliant, couldn't have been more helpful, in particular Craig. The breakfast choices were vast and the quality excellent.

Cons:

We were given an inaccessible room initially despite asking for accessible. It turned out that their system said it was accessible but Craig agreed that a shower over bath made it pretty inaccessible. Housekeeping didn't seem to be on top of refilling things like coffee capsules and the toiletries. Front of desk resolved both but it's not really their job.

Pros:

Очень вежливый персонал, с которым хочется вести беседы и расспрашивать о городе. Изначально нам дали номер категории стандарт с тремя раздельными кроватями, он был странный и неуютный и нам бесплатно поменяли номер на категорию superior. Новый номер был хороший

Cons:

Отелю нужно что-то сделать со звукоизоляцией окон, потому что даже с учетом того, что мы жили на 4 этаже, мы слышали как люди шумели на улице после баров и ресторанов.
Ремонт в отеле и номерах не уютный, ванная тоже неуютная
Так же в кровати возможно живут клопы, тк у нас на ногах были красные укусы после ночи
