Gutes Hotel nahe Stadtzentrum Glasgow.
Pros:

Haben kurzfristig ein Zimmer für 3 benötigt. Für 3 Erwachsene ist es etwas knapp aber alles in allem top. Auf unsere Wünsche (zusätzliche Decke) ist man umgehend eingegangen. Am späten Abend lief sogar noch Fußball in der Hotelbar.

Very disturbing and uncomfortable stay, staff promise one thing then not deliver what they had said. They were being very racist and would never experience anything like this again. Not accommodating at all. Was very disturbed by the way we were being treated by the staff and general manager.

Pros:

Beds very comfortable especially the pillows.
Great location for kings theatre

Cons:

Unfortunately the disabled bays were occupied by non blue badge cars and when I questioned this. I was told it was probably staff.

Convenient and clean - perfect for a short stay in Glasgow
Pros:

Hotel is in a nice quiet area; the reception area has a bar, small children's area and extra seating; staff were very nice; we could store our bags in a secure room on the day of departure; hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Buchannan Street/Glasgow Central - the walk is a bit hilly!
Our room was clean and spacious enough for 3. Plenty of storage space for bags. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay.

Pros:

We stayed here with our organized travel group so no choice in the matter. Our room was extremely tired, filthy carpet, no AC; the shower head broke late the night of our check in. The staff was friendly and responsive but the problem couldn’t be addressed until the next day. The lifts are very dangerous. They need servicing or replacement. Some of our group actually got stuck on them. I would never stay here again. This place needs a major remodel to stay competitive with other hotels in the area.
