The breakfast was excellent
The hotel staff was very pleasant and welcoming. However, when we arrived, we were informed that we would be staying in a regular room, even though we had paid for an executive room. The receptionist explained that since we booked through Expedia and the hotel was at full capacity, they could only accommodate us in a standard room.
The location was excellent within walking distance of the mall and several restaurants. The only other downside was the parking, which felt confusing and inconvenient.
Very dated hotel.
Parking garage is dangerous and needs upgrades desperately!! I scratched my tire rim trying to park and another customer did too
The hotel is very tired and needs a refresh - also carpets are old and dirty.

I was sad that the renovation years ago changed the decor to a more modern business hotel feel. That being said, it looks nice.
I expected vrry good and it was better
Wonderful in the details and service as you would expect from a Hilton property. One star off because my AC unit wouldn’t cool below 69 degrees even though i dialed it down to 64, making us wake up a few times at night for heat under sheets.
I called in to say that I was going to be late. The front office guy working at night was rude. I would not stay here again.
The front desk worker said I booked a one king bed room which I know for a fact that I booked a two Queen bed room. He had total attitude and his manager was able to get me what I had booked. I called the front desk when I got to my room to ask for non feather pillows because I am very allergic, he said he would check with housekeeping and call me back, I never heard from him, I suffered all night!

Beautiful hotel with great service
The breakfast was amazing. The staff was attentive and kind. This is a 5 star hotel.
I didn't like the dinning restrictions. No dinner!. Also the outside pool was dirty and cold. It was supposed to be a heated pool.
Also the there's no USB PORT in the rooms

Service and staff were great! Cool old building but could use some updates. We had a good stay - just beware you will have to pay for parking on top of you hotel stay fee. And and pay for breakfast,lunch, diner and wifi
