Friendly hotel in good location
Pros:

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was in the basement and a fan was provided for hot weather.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great. Dairylea slices, luncheon meat and boiled eggs.

Pros:

Hotel with very good localization. Close to Kensington Gardens and tube station. It was easy to get to important turistic atractions. Also a range of good restaurants nearby. Very good, british style, breakfast.
