this is an excellent hotel for the price
Pros:

i visit my granddaughter in alb once a year. this is my 2nd time at homewood. there has been a vast improvement from last year..some upgrades, lovely decor (the balloons, the ducks, and pet places). the place is cleaner and friendlier overall. i really do not need a suite but i know my stay here will be clean in a nice part of town. one part of my trip is for us to take a nice swim in the pool which is also clean and refreshing. the breakfast buffet is above average. i like there is a peloton in the gym which i also use. love the patio too. i do not have a car while i'm here and like the walkable proximity to the mall

Pros:

It was located in a safe area, close to a highway to get to different places. Had an okay breakfast. Staff was friendly and check-in went smoothly. Room was spacious and had what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette had everything for cooking. The bathroom was clean and big enough to move around for two people.

Cons:

The furniture in the room is worn and uncomfortable, even broken (the seat and back support). The furniture was also dirty, stains were visible. We were not comfortable sitting on any of it. It definitely needs to be changed out.

Baseball tournament in Albuquerque
Pros:

Great location for what we needed with our baseball tournament. The two bedroom suites are spacious. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Not the best, definitely not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

The person who checked us in was friendly and the room accommodated all of our family members.

Cons:

There was trash on the floor when we checked in, no plug in the sink drain… so we could see there was a toothbrush stuck in there, the bathtub was rusted and stained, the toilet paper holder fell right off, the toilet paper was poor quality, and there was a bug on the nightstand. The person who checked us out was unfriendly. I think maybe the hotel’s definition of 5 star and my definition of 5 star are different.

Notre suite avait deux chambres et deux salles de bains.
Grande suite propre et agréable.
L’accueil nous donne des bouteilles d’eau gratuitement.

Cons:

Pas de four dans la chambre
Pas de lait chaud pour prendre un chocolat chaud , ni de poudre chocolatée .
La climatisation fait un bruit fort , la nuit c’est dérangeant.
La baignoire ne se vidait pas rapidement.
