Quality Decline
Pros:

We have stayed at this location on previous visits to Albuquerque. This was the last time we will stay there. The hotel has declined over the years. The furniture in the room was dirty. The common areas were not very clean. The glass on the fireplace in the breakfast room is a good example.

The food was below average. We were also disappointed that the waffle machine was not available Monday thru Friday, even though the Monday was a holiday.

We will not be back to this location.

Cons:

I’ve stayed here before. This hotel is in need of an update.
It’s somewhat run down. The hallway carpets are now disgusting and overall this place needs a makeover.
The location and parking are great.
I’ll be taking a pass next time and will look for a newer or updated hotel in the area next time.

Not what is expected from a Hilton property
Pros:

They have a lovely lobby

Cons:

The room was dirty. Stained rug and furniture. The seat cushions were collapsed, the a/c ran very loud and clunked when turning off. We were awakened everytime it went on and off. The bed was way too soft as were the pillows

Pros:

The beds were clean and cozy, klitchennet was so convenient, the whole stay felt like home, but at the same time, luxurious. The kids were excited checking out all the rooms. The front desk was so friendly and likable. Also liked the easy access to coffee and hot water.

Cons:

I had to use an app and charge money to use washing machine. Don't know how often I will use it.
