Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Woodlands

old apartment turned into motel with Hotel prices. Worse stay in a hilton ever. Furniture is old. carpet is visibly torn. Bathroom tub pealing in various places. Door paint on every door in hallway pealing.
I was afraid to sit on couches. Carpet needs to be removed. Silver member and was offered nothing upon arrival. Fridge makes loud noises.
Convenient location of mall. Not feel safe as you can see space in door opening. Old .type locks

Really enjoyed staying here. People were great and property is in good condition! I just kept missing the turn into the hotel from 45. May be time to cut trees a bit. Other than that , this was a great place to stay!

Property is dated and bathroom and kitchen were dirty. We also had to ask fot tp and lots of towels. The shower would flood the floor so we had to use lots of towels to soak it up. Location is easy to miss due to poor visibility of sign. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

Room 103 had a strong musty smell and was showing its age. It did, though, have a bathroom that featured a large walk-in shower with an anti-slip floor and a grab bar for safety. There was a handheld showerhead although it was installed too high on the wall for me to reach it (I'm 5'4"). Water pressure in the shower was low. There were extra outlets on the wall by the bed. Just keep in mind that the light switch on the wall by the door must be flipped on for the outlets to work. The kitchen was convenient and provided a welcome change from constantly eating out. There was a small market in the lobby next to the front desk. Free hot breakfast in the mornings, free parking.

Great staff were very helpful in making it feel like home. Shuttle service to Cynthia woods pavilion was quick and convenient. Pool and hot tub were great. They even have an outdoor cooking space avaliable with propane grills and a covered cabana.

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Great service and amazing breakfast. Hotel provides 1 bedroom suites. However, no lock on room door for privacy. Needs some updating (drapes, carpet, etc).

Room was not clean. Phone in room did not work. Sheets and pillows were brown with dirt. We checked on around midnight and left shortly thereafter. Would not recommend.

We stayed one night on our trip. I wish we had time to stay longer. It was a very nice experience. The suites are large with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the living room was spacious. It is a good location near The Woodlands Mall area and is close to lots of great restaurants. The breakfast was good. The hotel is clean and the parking is free. We enjoyed the stay
