Not comfy nor safe. Wouldn’t start again.
Pros:

The location being near the water

Cons:

Several things unfortunately. Facilities were run down, old and just painted over. No hot water. It looked like attempts at an upgrade were done but painting the rooms doesn’t cover up the issues.

Nice for s u simple and quick getaway..
Pros:

The view of the place near the water plus you have a good access for a lots of restaurants, boutique and etc.The staff is very helpful. The front are friendly.

Cons:

The patio is locked intentionally maybe to avoid accident.The super thin wall coz every time the other room flush the toilet we literally heard them.

It's been the place I stay when I go back to Corpus.
Pros:

The Property has had a mini make over inside. I love the photos behind the desk. It's walking distance to my old haunts like Water Street Oyster bar, Executive Surf Club,and U&I.

Cons:

$20.00 a day for parking. I feel parking should be included. I'm a guest here.

We would probably stay here again.
Pros:

Easy to find. Parking was good. Room was very nice. Good views from the room. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. Hot and cold offerings at breakfast. Great views from the breakfast dining.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

The place is clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was really good and the AC was perfect! The rooms, hallways and lobby were always cool. The 11th floor offered a great view too! We were able to walk downtown to enjoy the nightlife, the Artwalk festival and to restaurants. The 4th of July festival was in walking distance too. The fireworks show was right across from the hotel.

Cons:

My stay was during 4th of July weekend so the hotel was busy but the elevators are small and slow so moving up and down was an issue at times

Just fine for an overnight in between places
Pros:

Location, very close to a great lunch spot and nice view of the marina

Cons:

A/C fan made a rattling sound sometimes that made it hard to sleep, pillows were pretty bad

I really love the hotel room, customer service and the amount thanks to Booking.com.
Pros:

The staff was outstanding. They were very friendly and accommodating. They continued to prepare fresh food for the breakfast, great room service, clean and quiet rooms and a beautiful view of the water that made the room relaxing.

Cons:

The elevator went out my first night and continued to stay out until my last day. This was very inconvenient for anyone who stayed on the upper floors and the dining area was on the 11th floor. I also think the parking fee of $20 daily is too high. It should be free to guests.

I would stay again just for the shower.
Pros:

Location, shower pressure was awesome, comfortable bed, couldn’t hear noise from inside the room when there was noise outside of the room.

Cons:

$25 parking fee, small and slow elevators

Pros:

Location was good and the AC in the room was perfect.

Cons:

Only two elevators and they were very small, lady at the front desk was not very nice. Had a bad attitude. Restroom had pubic hair on the floor when we checked in makeup on the floor from previous guest. Paul had trash and towels from previous guest.
