Para comenzar al llegar la recepcionista que me recibió ni siquiera fue amable para darnos la bienvenida la habitación estaba sucia el baño tenía manchas en los vidrios de agua y como que habían pasado una toalla sucia olía mal éramos dos personas y solo dejaron champú y acondicionar para una persona y estaban usados llame a la recepción a pedir más y nunca llegó nadie a la habitación a llevarlos pensaba quedarme otra noche pero fue desepcionante pedí agua para preparar un café tampoco llevaron no hay acceso al balcón el aire acondicionado solo tenía una temperatura y pasamos mucho frío a parte no había agua fría en el lavamanos solo agua muy caliente me dijeron que el parqueo costaba 20 dólares y me cobraron 45 y aún no me reembolsan los 25 dólares fatal lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación y la cama de resto fue pésima la experiencia jamás volvería aquí

Five Stars, Zero Complaints, and Instant Hot Water (A Luxury)

I had an excellent stay at Best Western Corpus Christi, and this place clearly understands the assignment.

First impression: front desk was genuinely friendly and on point. I was greeted as a rewards member right away (love to see it), and—brace yourself—they actually remembered to give me the complimentary waters. This alone puts them ahead of several other locations that apparently treat free water like a myth.

Now let’s talk about the views, because they deserve their own paragraph. The dining and lounge area is on the 11th floor, and the ocean views are so good you might forget why you went up there in the first place. No matter which side of the hotel you’re on, you’re getting water views—there’s literally no losing here unless you close the curtains.

The room was spotless, and the shower deserves a standing ovation. Hot water came out immediately. No waiting. No cold-water betrayal. No staring at the wall questioning life choices. Just instant hot water like it should be.

Overall, great service, great views, clean rooms, and details done right. This stay was smooth, comfortable, and surprisingly impressive. I would absolutely stay here again—and yes, I will be thinking about that shower

Great location!!
Pros:

Stayed 1 night on our way to SA. Great room, clean and the shower was the best part, the pressure!! Breakfast was awesome, helpful staff and very attentive ladies. Slept very well, but we could hear the car racers below from our 10th floor room.

Great value, amazing staff!
Pros:

For the price and location (walking distance to the marina, restaurants, parks, and museums), the Best Western Corpus Christi is an outstanding value. Yes, it is an older building, but has been well maintained over the years (it's been a hotel since construction and opening in 1966, under different ownership in earlier years). Current ownership is continuing to renovate and upgrade the rooms. My room had a beautiful view, was quiet, and everything worked fine and was spotless. I enjoyed an hour one evening in the Grandview Lounge on the 11th floor, with lovely holiday decorations and another awesome view. And the staff at this hotel is amazing. From check in/out, to maintenance (who I could see working on other rooms on my floor) and housekeeping, to the lovely ladies who manage the huge 11th floor breakfast selection (one insisted on making a breakfast burrito for me when they were out), the service was exceptional.

Nice hotel with friendly staff near the beach
Pros:

Good location, very friendly staff. Great views from the breakfast room.

Cons:

There was a strange unconfortable humming and buzzing motor noise somewhere near the room the whole night.
Balcony doors/windows can not be opened.
Parking for 20$ is too expensive.
