Wonderful hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

Very quiet area, beds were great, room was clean.

The only place I would stay if I’ve had to have surgery again at UC Davis
Pros:

This property was extremely convenient for surgery UC Davis.

There was nothing not to like. The staff in particular are so helpful!

The stay was very pleasant, but lack of answering my question after we left soured the experience.
Pros:

Our son lives 6 minutes away, so the location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and competent.

Cons:

I must have left my phone charger in the room as we left because I didn't have it when I returned home. I spoke with a nice staff person that evening and she said she'd notify Housekeeping and that I'd get a call back the next morning. I had told her that my son could come a pick up the charger. No one called the next day. I called the day after and left a message with Housekeeping. Again, no call back. I was very surprised about that lack of service. Even if the charger was not found, I should have had a call back. We will NOT go back to this Marriot.

Upon returning late after an event with our son, there was no hotel parking available. The back lot is shared with the Medical Center and signs indicated No Hotel Parking. We took our chances and didn't have a ticket the next morning.

We had eventful days and relaxing nights. This hotel perfectly fit our needs.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good for access to all we came to see. Even though the kitchen was on limited options, the food was good and fresh and staff were great.

Cons:

Access to the internet was made difficult by a pop up window that asked if you were a member or gave you the option to join. Front desk staff did respond quickly to my concern and offered solutions.

Will not be back.
Pros:

Cafe staff was great. Maids were very friendly.

Cons:

The person who checked us in did not say hello or greet us in anyway. She seemed annoyed to be at work.

The doors of the hotel are so LOUD. Everytime someone closed a door up and down the hallway, it sounded like they slammed the door in a rage. It was that loud!
You really need to do something about this. I've never stayed anywhere where the doors closing were so disruptive of my stay.

Loud and unpleasant
Pros:

Close to UC Davis and the food in the Bistro was good.

Cons:

The noise! It’s so loud here. Paper thin walls and super noisy people. Now parking is $24 per day which seems steep given the fact that’s it’s just near a hospital buy nothing else.

Very pleasant stay from start to finish! Very clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff and clean room. Quiet stay for a weekend night and easy check out early in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

Cons:

Nothing! All staff and amenities at the hotel were to our liking, they exceeded all expectations we had and will stay there again in the future.

Good Location for UC Davis Medical Center
Pros:

A few minutes walk from UC Davis Medical Center and parking is good for 24 hours. Easy to drive to. The room was pretty quiet. Most of the staff were helpful and kind.

Cons:

I was charged $5 for a bottle of water I didn't drink and a $25 deposit I wasn't told about (when I asked, she said I would get it back in a few days). Only one chair in the room - the rooms are not like the pictures.

FOR THE LAST TIME THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED THE DOORS ARE LOCKED NO ONE WORKS THERE THE PLACE IS EMPTY THEREFORE I DO NOT EXPECT TO BE CHARGED FOR THIS AND I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT YOUR COMPANY DOESN'T KNOW THIS AND BECAUSE OF THIS IT CAUSED A HUGH PROBLEM FOR ME.
