Location is key for us but the extra amenities are also a plus. They also upgraded us bc it was my birthday, even got a card and a special cake.
Price was a lot higher bc it was graduation weekend.

Also there shouldn’t be a 1/2-3/4inch step from outside to inside bathroom, that’s a head injury just waiting to happen!!
Honestly would like to see one firm bed and one soft bed in the rooms so guests can be able to choose comfort level.
The breakfast was very good, seriously. The eggs and sausage and biscuits, we made sure we got down there a few times before we left because of how good it was. Everything great, we didn't get use happy hour stuff. We were to busy and getting back to the hotel to late.
It may have been on me because we were asked about Drury points at first and said sure, but we would have liked our bed changed and made more often. We stayed 6 nights and had the sheets changed on day 3 and bed made. Otherwise no in room service, I did go to the front desk and asked to change it to no Drury points and that was the day the bed was changed. I plopped down $1100 total for the room I want pampered, when I looked up the value of the Drury points it was like .86 cents per 100, for get about it, room $140 a night like.

It's a great addition to Kansas City options, where the best used to be only at the airport. Fantastic location, and they booked us as older guests right by the doors in the garage, so it was right inside the door. There are elevators at both ends, as well as a gorgeous atrium area. Always hot coffee, and the friendliest staff in Kansas City. I do wish the suites had an armoire, or something else for clothes hanging, as there is a lot of open space in the suite, and nowhere to hang clothes if you have more than two people staying. Also, there seems to be a lack of newer hotels with exhaust fans in the bathrooms anymore, even in the lobby area. I know this cannot be remedied now, but it's really easy to steam the paint off the walls if you like hot showers. The indoor/outdoor combo pool is great, and the food was fabulous.

Good location rooms were very nice and clean. Meals were good. Weather was bad so we didn't want to get out for a meal.
The motel was quite busy with youth for a volleyball tournament. Not sure the motel can do much about kids being kids but the stairs and halls were sometimes loud. Wouldn't keep me from booking again.
We played in a soccer tournament so always having a bunch of kids running around but the evening manager Brad was absolutely amazing and always very accommodating! We would come back just because he works here.
