Overall great stay.
Pros:

The staff was attentive, in good spirits, always willing to assist and go above and beyond. They have customer service and hospitality down. The pool closed at 10 and they kept it open an hour later for the kids to enjoy themselves which I thought was nice as well. Very accommodating. Getting extra towels were not an issue and even when we lost our keycard another was provided with no issues. The parking garage is keycard entry and exit which is nice as well. They have kickback and breakfast included in their rates.
Kickback with popcorn and pop for the kids and then the dinner snacks and 3 drinks per adult per day you stay.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast was a little better and the pool was heated. Now I only say this because the biscuits were burnt the first day and were still placed out and the gravy was clumpy. Along with they hold themselves to a higher standard than other hotels at the same rating but nothing better about their breakfast. The pool being heated is or would be nice for 90% of the year it’s cooler outside. The location we stayed at the pool was an inside outside pool and the pool was freezing. One of the things I make sure we have when we travel is an inside pool so the kids always get to have the option to swim the hottub at this location was also lukewarm. Didn’t not give hot tub temperatures.

Pros:

The suite was beautiful and perfectly fit our needs for a visit with our grandchildren. The bedroom area was huge, but the only source of heat was in the living area, so we really couldn’t close the door. The living area was ample, and the perfect setup to celebrate Christmas away from home. There was plenty of room for the bed to be pulled out and still get around it. Everything was clean, the shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, including at least two protein sources each of the three mornings we were there, and we didn’t have any problems finding a seat. The evening offerings were hit or miss, but it wasn’t supposed to be a meal anyway. VERY crowded on Friday night. The swimming pool area was nice. It was warm in the room on the frigid day we went, but the pool water inside not so much. That’s what the hot tub was for, and it was nice. We even had a package from Amazon delivered to the front desk and picked it up very easily. Also, the garage parking was ample, convenient, and made it very easy to get to our room. The hotel is very conveniently located near highways, shopping, and dining. We plan to book again on our next visit.

Cons:

The bedroom area was huge. It was hard to keep warm, especially since the source of heat was in the living area. And we could not close the door, or there wouldn’t have been any heat.

Convenient travel close to the event we were in town for.
Free parking.
Good amenities: pool and gym.
Great happy hour with complementary drinks and evening meal and good breakfast with hot coffee, included with the stay.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Clean rooms.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too soft for us but we like a very firm mattress.
