Shoddy hotel, broken ac, ineffective staff

Horrible condition, reno was skin deep, room falling apart with uneven floor, stray cables etc. Worst of all the AC failed and the manager just said it’s being fixed and tried to deliver a cake for service recovery (?) I could not sleep or keep my temper. Given 1 free night voucher but who would want to stay at such a hotel again???? Inna is supposed to be Indonesia’s state hotel company. What a disgrace!!

Worth the price
Pros:

I stayed in Grand Inna Tunjungan for a couple days. It worth the price although the building is quite old but theres some renovation to make sure its still compete with the other hotels. What i loved most is the location in the city center, easy to find.
The breakfast is good but i find it there is no creativity because the menu its quite the same everytime i had the breakfast. The pastries i find it for some its delicious but for some its quite hard to chew.
When the first time i arrived i like the ambiance even there is some section who still have renovation. I give a 5 star for the hospitality from the staff they are very kind and helpful. The hotel also clean. The room its quite spacious but the glass window cant contain the noise from the road especially in the middle of the night.
Overall i enjoyed my time while i stayed in Grand Inna Tunjungan
I hope they can improve next time i came

strategic location close to malls and cafes, friendly service, and of course the rooms are clean. For my next trip, maybe I will visit again and recommend the Grand Inna Hotel to my family and friends.

Déçu pour un 4 étoiles. Mais le personnel fait tout pour nous être agréable
