Definitely will stay. The team was excellent.
Pros:

Staff was super professional, and one of the most honest stuff I ever met in our vast experience

We left our valuables in the hotel, and the housekeeping team went in and retrieved all our valuables and kept it safe for us to recover not a single valuable items weren’t missing. We are super grateful to the hotel team. Special praise to Valerie.

Everything was professional and super management

Cons:

On the one night, the hotel was overbooked with teens and it was loud.

Pros:

Staff was helpful, room was spacious and clean

Cons:

I specifically booked this place over other hotels nearby because the pictures showed a pool and hot tub. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub. Recommend you change the photos online.

Pros:

Convenient to a lot of things in Pleasanton and Dublin.

Cons:

The hot tub has been paved over since the photos of the hotel were uploaded. There is no hot tub anymore.

Pros:

Room and facilities were fine, however, breakfast was not available due to season. I don't know if the price reflected that.
Dog park was excellent.

Cons:

I did NOT like that I had to pay $75 for my dog, unexpectedly. After the stay, I found that fee was normal for Hilton Gardens. However, Booking.com made no mention of it, so it was a surprise to me, and awkward for the desk clerk. Booking.com should make that additional cost much clearer!

The Staff was very accommodating and friendly

Cons:

Beautiful outdoor patio but cushions had been removed from the furniture. The weather was beautiful so it would have been nice to. Sit out and enjoy.
