Very convenient, happy with the property
Pros:

Very convenient location. Great room setup.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that the room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. If you’re going to have people smoking in rooms you should let other guests know

Great location, and view.
Pros:

General location. View from corner suite (2603). kitchen set up. Bed, Pillows.

Cons:

Difficult access to the shower, situated over the bath. Hard to get in and out. Also not much room between base of bath to ceiling - fine if you are agile and not tall. Water temp and pressure hard to regulate. Lounge was a sofa bed so uncomfortable. Access to the wardrobe was limited, blocked by bed side table. Wardrobe size small. One lift working so experienced some delays.

Great location which suited my purpose. Staff were almost all very friendly and helpful

Very central location and despite that it was quiet

Cons:

Only one lift working. There was a sign in the hotel but nothing on website and hotel was fully booked over the weekend . Also there was owhere comfortable to sit ecmxcept in reception. The chair is my room had to be padded out with cushions to make it vaguely comfortable for someone with a bad back and the bar stools were hopeless

Great location close to Darling Harbour and central city.
Pros:

We had 2 adjoining apartments for the whole family. The rooms were very clean and quiet and the beds very comfortable. Would stay there again

Location is so good! Right off George street and close to Westfield, Chinatown and Darling Harbour. The staff were all super sweet and accommodating. Even with an elevator currently being renovated there was no real wait times to come and go.
