Best option after a long flight
Pros:

Very close from the airport. All instructions were very clear. Super comfy and quiet rooms. Very comfortable stay after a long flight

Pros:

All of it was great. Staff was awesome and the building was so cool. Talking to staff and learned alot about the history of the building.

Cons:

Charged us for an extra breakfast. Wish they would open a museum about the history of the old air force building on the last 2 underground floors.

Efficient and convenient for airport stays
Pros:

Conveniently located by the airport. The room was very spacious. The shuttle happened to be at airport so I quickly jumped on.

Cons:

I didn’t spend a lot of time so didn’t eat or use amenities. The shuttle driver, however, didn’t even attempt to get up when I boarded or when we got to hotel to help with my bag. The courtesy would have been appreciated.

A Horrible hotel and it should not be using the Hilton name. Stay away!

the only positive to this facility is its close location to the airport

Cons:

There is a long list of items that makes this hotel a very poor stay. The check in process was slow with 2 very rude staff people. They had 3 people behind the desk and only one young man wanted to work. Requested a wake up call, but never got one. They do not have a business center/desk top computers to use, which makes it hard to print your boarding passes or any kind of work. The restaurant was small and very over priced. Paid $50 for a basic sandwich and soup. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear every word the neighbors are saying. Our neighbors stayed up to 3am talking loud. The shuttle was joke too. Waited a very long time before it showed up after texting and calling twice for it. Please do not stay here!

Bell’albergo vicino all’aeroporto, all’occorrenza raggiungibile anche a piedi in venti minuti. Ma lo shuttle aeroportuale gratuito fa servizio 24 ore.
Il bus 20, molto economico, collega a downtown.
Camera e bagno grandi e puliti, arredamento e accessori di qualità.

Cons:

Qualche svista al check-in non ha comunque inficiato la qualità generale del servizio.

A Very Pleasant Stay at the Hilton Austin Airport
Pros:

With digital check-in, check-out, and digital key, sometimes I forget how important first impressions and personal contact can be. Because a digital key wasn't ready when I arrived, I had the privilege of checking in with Dale at the front desk. His friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency set the stage for a very nice stay at the Hilton Austin Airport. All the staff I met, including those at breakfast, were great and deserve a big thank you.

The hotel was clean, with fast and reliable wi-fi, and a nice fitness center. Breakfast, the only meal I had at the restaurant, was delicious. The room was clean, very quiet, and all the furnishings were in very good condition. The room was excellent for sleeping and for getting some work done.

The hotel shuttle was reliable, and when the weather was nice, it was only about a 15-minute walk to the terminal. Not much near the hotel except the cell phone lot with a convenience store, and several fast-food restaurants (Whataburger, Subway, and Un Taco Mas). If you don't have a car, the CapMetro 20 bus to downtown stops literally right across the street from the hotel.

All in all, a very nice stay at the Hilton Austin Airport.
