Unpleasant experience
Pros:

Location to event I was attending

Cons:

Rooms were not ready for check in. We were not given our first room till 2 hours past check in time…. The 2nd, even longer. No advance notice. We had to sit and wait in the lobby. No hot water at all. Trash still in the room.

Cons:

Web said it had airport shuttle said it was not operating.. $18 cpab ride. Also said it had a restaurant. Was only breakfast with fee. Had to. Take cab to dinner.

Cons:

The hotel was cold, especially the lobby. The floors in the hallway were filthy. There was no shuttle service due to an expired inspection sticker. Desk didn't order a taxi as requested. The floor was cracked and uneven. This is the worst Wyndham we've ever stayed in.

The location. Very close to my destination

Cons:

I understand that a property is understand renovations however the room could be clean. It was filthy, carpet was vacuumed in a long while, small pebbles and drink caps on the floor. The towels had a mildew smell. In 2 days we had no service for the room, no new towels etc. I have been traveling for 70 years and this is by far the worst ever. Anyone could have vacuumed the room and hallway. If a shortage of employees was an issue, temp service is available.

Nice hotel but bad shower. Need to adjust price to me for this issue or probably won't stay again.

Cons:

Shower was not satisfactory, handle is not operating properly and could not adjust temperature adequately. Shower was too and almost impossible to take a shower. Also tub does not drain properly.

Horrible place to stay
Pros:

The management staff were professional and courteous.

Cons:

The location was slightly remote for food. The hotel was not that clean. The front desk staff was not that knowledgeable. The room was the worse. My sheets were dirty and cleaning staff not on site so manager had to change. My room and bathroom door wouldn’t open completely. Bathroom sink and shower were stopped up. Room had odor to it

Love the location but come home with upper respiratory issues after both our stays.
Cons:

The room seemed incredibly small. The floor was damp and somewhat slippery. If you walk barefoot to the bathroom you end up with grime on your sheets.

I LOVE HOW CLOSE IT IS TO THE CASINO! The front desk staff is super friendly, and I loved how comfortable the room was.
