Convenient location but definitely overpriced for this hotel.

The location was ideal

Cons:

Shower wasn’t draining at all, the room was overall old and dirty. Stains in the carpet, bedding, towels. There was rust everywhere, the sofa chair had stains everywhere. The floor was so slippery and sticky.

Wouldn't Recommend.
Pros:

Convient location. Parking was free & there were plenty of spaces available.

Cons:

Husband had to fix a faucet in bathroom (maintenance was non-existent). AC was loud. Room key stopped working twice during our stay. Everything was run down (except for the lobby).

It was awful.
Pros:

Cons:

It was gross, had fleas. Paid for a room I didn’t get, they should update photos. Couch bed covered in stains and I had to get sheets for it. House keeping tried getting in at 8am.

This hotel could be nice but it needs attention
Pros:

The staff are nice and check in was quick.

Cons:

The carpet in the halls and rooms have stains and smell like death. Someone uses a strong deodorizing spray to try to cover it up. They have needed to be replace for several years. The grounds and building need to be cleaned up and maintained.

It was great and I will definitely stay there again my only complaint was the sofa bed with the mattress not being good

Currently decent hotel with great access to Ochsner Medical Center in Kenner, LA.
Pros:

We chose the locale because of its proximity to Ochsner Medical Center.

Cons:

It's a nice looking hotel. They are in the process of renovations-- currently the 2nd and 3rd floors, which will make it a top facility.

Warm people great weather wonderful location
Pros:

The people were so warm and friendly everyone said hello and they were eager to please

Cons:

The poor city was so ravish by the hurricane there was a lot of evidence to the aforementioned. They had a picture of the hotel before the hurricane, and it was a little different.

Unpleasant experience
Pros:

Location to event I was attending

Cons:

Rooms were not ready for check in. We were not given our first room till 2 hours past check in time…. The 2nd, even longer. No advance notice. We had to sit and wait in the lobby. No hot water at all. Trash still in the room.

Cons:

Web said it had airport shuttle said it was not operating.. $18 cpab ride. Also said it had a restaurant. Was only breakfast with fee. Had to. Take cab to dinner.
