Pros:

It was convenient located in the heart of everything, I was down for the mardi Gras’s experience with my fiancé and we had a good time , the staff was wonderful, the counter lady remember, my voice when she seen me in person, from one simple phone call. Love that .

Cons:

I was a little disappointed our room didn’t have a microwave, I bought more than I could eat in one setting , and I just wish I had a way to warm my food up for later. Parking charges was not bold enough on the website , I was a little disappointed about the price . I wash I had of known in advance so I could have budget that in .

Overall for the value it was simply not worth the experience and I will stay at another location.
Pros:

The bed was the most comfy part of my stay. My bed was king sized and the sheets, comforter and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

I did not enjoy that my room was partially cleaned. There was food left behind near the base of the bed frame on the carpet, the carpet was not cleaned. There was also a noise that was made by the air conditioning unit that kept me awake both nights.

Quality Stay as always - I just think that Cold weather might just catch New Orleans by surprise
Pros:

Restaurant & Bar was definitely a plus, Also the self self Sundry area

Cons:

The temperature control of the room, WE needed more heat !!

I personally would not book with this hotel again given the cost and parking issues.
Pros:

The room was clean, but it was not worth the amount of money they charged. The staff were friendly enough, but were not willing to help us with the parking issue we encountered when we got there. The location was decent for the activities we were planning.

Cons:

The parking situation was atrocious. We called the front desk to ask where we were supposed to park, and she told us, "She didn't know. There is a parking garage across the street." We replied, "Yes, but it's $60 to park there." She said, "Yes, sorry, but I don't know what else to tell you. Our valet service is full." They charged us over $200 per night once they added in all the taxes, etc., for a basic room that we could've gotten elsewhere for probably $125 to $150 per night. The breakfast was an extra $20 / person and was the same items you could get at a hotel with a "free breakfast". Very disappointing overall!
