I would give this hotel a zero if I could. Everything was fine with our stay until we checked out. We were charged a $328 “smoking fee”. I was traveling with my children, and I’m not a smoker. I have asthma and have never smoked a day in my life. I was charged this fee after checking out without even an explanation. My bank contacted me. I called the hotel to talk to them about this charge thinking it was an error, and they told me that it was nonrefundable, and there was evidence of me smoking in my room. This was completely ludicrous and impossible since I don’t smoke or vape. I had to go to great lengths to get my money back for this fraudulent activity by this hotel. Customers beware!

It could’ve been better…

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

I was initially placed 8n a room that shouldn’t have been in service. There was a large portion of the ceiling when you walked in that was full of mold. I was moved to another room, on a different floor, had to move my own luggage, and was offered nothing in light of the situation.
