Nesolidní hotel. Pozor nevrací kauce. Spoléhá na fakt, že turisté odjedou a nikdy se nevrátí.
Pros:

výhled a poloha hotelu je velmi dobrá.

Cons:

Hotel nevrátil kauci 100 USD , kterou po mně požadovali na recepci nad rámec objednávky. Velice nesolidní jednání.

Unfortunately, nothing

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was not at all as expected, the wash basin was clogged, the blinds did not open, I had to inform the reception, though that was sorted, the repair staff left all the rubbish there and also the tools.

At time of check-out, I had to wait for 20 minutes, as there was no staff at the reception to check me out

I liked being away from the elevator and not on a high floor.

too expensive for the comfort.
Pros:

Employees were very respectful, friendly and humble and good location although rooms were not traffick soundproof. Lobby coffee was good.

Cons:

Room was not soundproof. You can hear traffic noise in the room which keeps you up late and wake you up early when the city traffic starts to circulate. Bathtub was not nice, cracked on top, missing filling between plastic wall and tub. whoever put it in place, did a poor job using inclination properly so water doesn't accumulate in the middle of the tub. Plastic fixed shower faucet which can't be moved around for body wash. Mattresses are already worn out. It feels like they swallow you. One would think for that price, drinking water would be provided but instead there were two cheap bottles of water at $ 2 dollars per bottle with a tag to promote membership. Poor marketing strategy. My coworker and I are giving the same report to our School System CO for future reference.

Pros:

Location to events, room was cleanish.

Cons:

Wasnt notified of parking fee upon check in only incidentals. Meals served were overpriced for the quality of food that was served. Very small selection of choices for the size of the hotel. Not able to connect with desk from the room , had to walk down to lobby.

I will most likely not stay at this Hotel again in the future.
Pros:

Some of the staff was friendly but definitely not all of them

Cons:

We brought food with us to save money but didn't realize the fridge didn't work so I woke up the next day to a smell coming from the fridge. We ended up losing 3 of my main meals (2 lunches and 1 dinner due to my food going bad because it contained mayonnaise)
The hotel only offered 1 complimentary meal.
Also some of the staff had very poor attitudes like they were annoyed that I had an issue.

It worked.....
Pros:

Love the parking garage the elevator that was on each floor to get to the inside... the room key also access in & outside side doors🙂

Cons:

No room service was available the staff was not very explanatory and the rooms was just that .... and room nothing that would make me want to rebook except location ... and parking that connects to building .... we also checked out early
