Very pleasant stay!
Pros:

We had missed our flight due to the partial government shutdown and couldn't get another flight until the next day, so we checked in with almost nothing (our luggage made the flight, but we did not). Jeraka at the desk was extremely helpful, providing us several complimentary amenities (deodorant, toothpaste, etc.) and let us know there were other things we could purchase that we might need. She told us what time TSA opened (3:30am, if you're interested) so we wouldn't miss THAT flight. She just went above and beyond to make things easy for us.
Room was REALLY clean and bed was very comfortable. Price was reasonable and dinner in their restaurant was good. Would definitely stay there again, I just hope it's not because we miss another flight!

Good room, friendly staff didn’t like that I had to pay to park my car.
Cons:

Didn’t know about the parking fee of $35. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else.

the Location was great.
Pros:

The room was very nice.

Cons:

there was what looked like a blood stain on the rug next to one of the beds. I thought $20 for breakfast was to high. I just prefer a quick self service to eat and get going. The Holte price was execellent but $35 for parking seemed a bit to much. It was fourteenth hotle stay on our trip and theonly other parkng fee was $10.

Concert Night Out
Pros:

I just wanted to share a quick note about my recent stay and recognize the Guest Service Manager. From what I saw, she was doing a really great job making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests were taken care of during checkin. The line was wrapped in the lobby and she stepped right on in to handle me. I came in town for a concert and was running extremely behind. So her getting me checked in quickly made my day. I also noticed how supportive and respectful she came across with the staff, which created a positive vibe throughout the hotel. It honestly made the whole place feel organized and well managed. Everyone was nice but I want to acknowledge her. I just wanted to make sure someone passed along that she is doing an excellent job.

Lacking what was advertised
Pros:

Not being from the area, I called prior to making my hotel reservations and was told that this hotel had a hot tub and complementary breakfast (it also says so on Google). I paid extra to stay here instead of other hotels nearby for these 2 amenities. When I got here, the front desk worker was arguing with someone on FaceTime and ignored me until his conversation ended. Afterwards, he informed me that those amenities were never an option, and I must have booked through an alternative site (even though I called the hotel directly). I asked if there were any other partnered Hilton’s in the area where I could move my reservation for the amenities I had specifically asked for, and he told me tough luck and to plan better next time.
As a Hilton honors member, I always pick a Hilton on my travels. This experience will make me reconsider that in the future. The room was average and nice, definitely not worth the upcharge considering the extremely rude staff and lack of basic amenities offered at other properties.

Nesolidní hotel. Pozor nevrací kauce. Spoléhá na fakt, že turisté odjedou a nikdy se nevrátí.
Pros:

výhled a poloha hotelu je velmi dobrá.

Cons:

Hotel nevrátil kauci 100 USD , kterou po mně požadovali na recepci nad rámec objednávky. Velice nesolidní jednání.
