Pros:

Fantastic location, beautiful facility, front desk staff were amazing. Our room was beautiful and clean.

Cons:

Parking garage somewhat confusing. Restaurant had a very limited menu. Restaurant server seemed like she really didn't want to be there but then she warmed up by the time we left.

Pros:

Staff was wonderful! My sister and I forgot the block for our phone charger and I went to the front desk around 11:30 pm to see if the hotel had some or if there was somewhere near by where I could purchase one. I didn't catch her name, but the very kind lady running the counter had one and let us borrow it. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to and from our event at the spectrum center. Inside of the hotel was beautiful and clean! I will definitely stay here in the future if I need to be in the area.

Location was fantastic. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our mattress wasn’t comfortable. Pretty sure just old and worn out.

Cold, snowy weather and the city shut down completely. We dined and stayed at the hotel ALL weekend. Very accommodating

Amazing
Pros:

Beds where so Comfortable.. warm cookies were amazing. I love that the security was there at certain hours you had to have a key card to get in the hotel and the elevator felt safe. Overall experience I would give it a 10 out of 10.

Very pleasant stay!
Pros:

We had missed our flight due to the partial government shutdown and couldn't get another flight until the next day, so we checked in with almost nothing (our luggage made the flight, but we did not). Jeraka at the desk was extremely helpful, providing us several complimentary amenities (deodorant, toothpaste, etc.) and let us know there were other things we could purchase that we might need. She told us what time TSA opened (3:30am, if you're interested) so we wouldn't miss THAT flight. She just went above and beyond to make things easy for us.
Room was REALLY clean and bed was very comfortable. Price was reasonable and dinner in their restaurant was good. Would definitely stay there again, I just hope it's not because we miss another flight!
