Great place to stay when in Red Deer
Pros:

Facility was clean, quiet and centrally located for us. The room was clean and quiet.

Amazing staff
Pros:

At check in Lissia was amazing. It was a very late check in at approximately 2:30 am. She was friendly and even offered a late check in. At checkout the gentleman behind the front desk was also very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

A breakfast would have been great. I realize there are restaurants close by but it’s nice not to have to leave the building

It wad disappointing to have No Jets on the hot tub and a very cold pool . Trying to operate the TV was impossible and there were instructions . There was no one to help either only 2?person very busy at front desk .

Cons:

1 person for visitor support - pool, hot tub, exercise space , coffee ( would have been nice on the morning
The front desk staff person has reservations, desk ( greeting visitors with ono reservations takes time!)
And dealing with people already registered but needing support
