Great staff and comfortable bed
Pros:

Guest staff is the peak point. They are not only friendly and attentive but also proactive and concerned about your stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Recommend!

Cons:

We booked a room with a specific separation between the bedroom and the living room, but the door latch was broken. We lost a bit of privacy, which was part of the original plan. But it works out at the end. The pool had some dirt at the bottom, just a heads-up.

Highly recommended !
Pros:

We arrived early. This was no problem. Faiz helped us well and explained everything. Super service. Nice room, clean, nicely decorated. We had breakfast and lunch at Denny’s, which is across the street. Very good. We had dinner at Moxie's, which was also very good. Sandmotel in Red Deer is highly recommended.

I wish I could have cancelled it.
Pros:

I liked that my wife could spend one night at your establishment and you gave her a bereavement rate.

Nice Modern Room
Pros:

Received an upgrade to a king kitchenette room which was a bonus. Stayed a couple of nights for a quick retreat trip from Calgary and felt like a modern room with many charging ports for all the gadgets the modern guest own. Air conditioning was needed given it was hot outside when I stayed.
