Pros:

The staff was so kind! They upgraded me and made sure my stay was as perfect as it could be. I had requested to not be on the first floor as it sometimes doesn't make me feel the safest, and they completely accommodated that and gave me a great room at the top floor, bigger than what I had booked in the first place!! They also accommodated my early check in request which was so helpful. It was either Hicham and Faiz that helped me out. Thank you!!

Pros:

Was able to get in earlier as I was just out of eye surgery from hospital in Innisfail. Got checked in at 11 am.

All good and room is clean.
Pros:

I like the hotel was quiet and renovated room was clean.

Cons:

The hair dryer in our room doesn’t work but it is there in the room.
Also I asked reception if they have a dental kit such as toothbrush but she said they don’t have. It is important in a hotel I think this should be added up to the amenities. Thank you.

It was convenient and easily accessible
Pros:

It was perfect. I had a symposium at the Western center. After it was safe to walk to Cilantro and chives. room was very clean.

Cons:

Just the plumbing seems some upkeep. Sink would not drain well
the door on the bathroom would not close
