Okay stay but didn’t get to sleep
Pros:

The room was big enough and had all the necessary gadgets

Cons:

It was very hot in the room and when asked they said the heating system is centralised and hasn’t been put off yet so ac wasn’t functioning at the time.

Ho apprezzato la cortesia di tutto lo staff, ottima l'accoglienza al check-in e check-out.
Colazione favolosa e camera silenziosa ed accogliente.
Abbiamo usufruito del servizio in camera, che si è rivelato veloce e devo dire di aver mangiato un cheeseburger da leccarsi i baffi.
Parcheggio disponibili in struttura.
Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, un adulto, un bambino e un cane.
La bambina ha recensito in maniera positiva la struttura.

Cons:

Il personale addetto alle pulizie mi è parso parecchio insofferente vedendoci uscire dalla camera col cane.
La trovo una mancanza di professionalità.
Non sono riuscita ad aprire più di 4 cm la finestra della camera per arieggiare...Il cane aveva mangiato patatine fritte la sera e la mattina successiva questo ha creato una forte flatulenza.

È la seconda volta che veniamo in questo albergo. Anche questa volta non ci ha deluso. Perfetto in tutto.
Pros:

Bellissima struttura, elegante ben curata. Possibilità di diversi parcheggi disposti su due aree.
Camere abbastanza grandi ed accoglienti. Tutto perfetto e staff gentilissimo.

Pros:

La colazione è stata nell'insieme buona. Per un 4 stelle si potrebbe aggiungere qualche servizio aggiuntivo e qualche pietanza di maggior qualità. Abbiamo apprezzato l'insonorizzazione ottima delle camere ed abbiamo dormito molto bene.

Cons:

Migliorerei assolutamente l'apertura e la chiusura delle porte delle camere perché si sentono sbattere ed in un albergo di un certo livello questi dettagli vanno decisamente curati e risolti. La velocità del servizio per la colazione andrebbe rivisto. Abbiamo ordinato il caffé all'arrivo e l'abbiamo ricevuto al termine della colazione. Dettagli ma che fanno la differenza per chi viaggia e vede altre realtà.

A great stay at double tree by hilton
Pros:

I really enjoyed the stay at Hilton and it was worth the price. The staff was super friendly and helpful, whatever u needed they are there to provide. When I requested if it was possible to give us a mountain view room, they provided it for us.

Cons:

Nothing actually, I wished If they had a good garden bar to have a coffee in the evening with a mountain view. Other than that everything was great.

Abordarea angajaților, ne-au fortat să luăm două camere, ne-au încasat abuziv bani de pe card fără acordul nostru. Probabil ca au niște angajați noi care nu știu ce au de făcut.
