Amazing stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. The Marina Bay view from the room was absolutely stunning, especially at night when the skyline lights up. Breakfast had a great variety — from western options to local dishes — and everything was fresh and delicious. What made the stay truly special was the attentive staff helpful. A beautiful historic hotel with excellent service and atmosphere — I’d definitely return.

Good luxury city Hotel for overnight or short stay
Pros:

Fabulous location very central within easy walking distance of many attractions and stunning historical landmark building ,good pool area .very helpful staff and very good buffet at lunchtime /evening
Nice size bedrooms ,comfortable beds and good size bathroom

Cons:

Despite lots of space on ground floor No nice seating with comfortable sofa or nice bar area overlooking the river .all seating quite utilitarian ( tables laid out like a school refectory) The garden floor and lighthouse apparently closed since Covid ! For a five star hotel it just lacks these important chill spaces
I really don’t like lifts and there are was no way at all of accessing bedrooms or pool area or spa /gym without a lift .
Hotels should enable guests to be able to use stairs as this is not an uncommon thing

Toller Abschluss unseres Urlaubs

Sehr zentral gelegen.
Ein Haus mit Geschichte.
Stilvoll und doch modern ausgestattet.
Wir hatten als Schlußübernachtung nach einer Kreuzfahrt vor dem Rückflug gebucht und obwohl wir sehr früh, noch vor 10 vormittags ankamen, hatte man ein Zimmer für uns.
Sehr zuvorkommender Service (Mr. Lee im Courtyard ist hier hervorzuheben).
Grandioses Ftühstücksbuffet!

Cons:

Eher Kleinigkeiten:
Kann ja passieren, dass der Gepäckabschnitt beim Check-In verloren geht und das Gepäck nicht aufs Zimmer kommt, aber ich hätte dann wenigstens eine Rückmeldung erwartet, dass ich mal zum Bellcaptain soll, um es zu identifizieren.
Der Weg zum Pool ist sehr weit, weil auf der 2. Etage keine direkte Verbindung vom Fahrstuhl besteht und man einmal bis ganz hinten und zurück über den Flur muss.

Bed was very comfortable.
Online Check out process was efficient.

Cons:

Wait time to check-in was quite long.
Breakfast was not very good for a gluten free vegetarian. Very limited choices and staff did not seem to understand what gluten free is.

A very pleasant stay in a lovely historic hotel conveniently located beside the River.
Pros:

We were upgraded from an inner courtyard room to an outer room.
Breakfast was included and there was an excellent choice. Although it was busy, there was never a wait for a table.
Courtyard dining was also excellent.
The pool area has a pleasant aspect over the River and Empress Gardens, and complementary fruit and ice cream was provided at regular intervals.
The Conceriege was very helpful.

Cons:

The pool area is not large and it is not always possible to get a lounger.
The on line check out did not work and bags were not collected from our room when requested.
