Location. First class hotel. Excellent staff.

We got offered a 'better' corner room. It was windowless more or less. I felt conned at the check in.
We are regular Singapore visitors but first time at the Fullerton. I did not appreciate that introduction.
The location was perfect, the room was big and very nice. We had an upgrade with a balcony. It was perfect stay. It was very beautiful hotel. Can't wait to stay there again!

The location is perfect for exploring Singapore. The breakfast is also super and the beds are very comfortable!
Our room did look inwards to the interior of the hotel so there isn’t much natural light.
Having been given a SGD 100 credit it was caveated with criteria to spend it. We were directed to the sister hotel (Fullerton Bay Hotel) but was served drinks in plastic glasses :(

The location of the property was fantastic. Everything about the property was great. It was clean, comfortable, great facilities and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
