Fancy first class hotel; great location.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful especially the concierge people. Check-in staff took us to our room and showed us how to work stuff.

Pros:

Very good location. Short walk to Merlion, museums and esplanades. MRT nearby and 7-eleven convenience to buy snacks etc. Room very clean. Loved our stay.

Cons:

Would be nice if given info about walkway linking Fullerton bay area and the hotel at check-in.

Welcoming Opulence
Pros:

The Fullerton Hotel is an exceptional hotel for so many reasons. From the time you enter to the time you leave every facet of your stay has been carefully considered with the traveller in mind. As we arrived on a very early flight we were able to secure a holding room to freshened up prior to our reserved room being available.

The room did not disappoint and the bed was just heavenly.

The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect.

We experienced room service on our last night and the food was outstanding.

Thank you team Fullerton for a wonderful stay in Singapore.

Maybe a little overrated for what you get at a premium price.
Pros:

Although the room is comfortable, the design is rather "classic". The requested "bay view" (from fourth floor) was rather limited due to nearby buildings. Breakfast choice was good but lacking taste.

Cons:

The quality and portion provided through room service was average to say the least. At one moment they claimed being out of satay (for a 5-start hotel in Singapore!!!). Although staff was very efficient, the personal touch was missing.

Pros:

Centrally located in the middle of Marina Bay, this luxury hotel has the best staff and location in Singapore. The breakfast was fantastic and accesibility to the hotel was perfect. rooms are modern comfortable and big.
