Fabulous breakfast. Lovely room, great location. Short walk to the MRT at Raffles Place.
Pros:

The hotel has a fabulous breakfast. The location is excellent. Very close to Marina Bay, the Merlion and the nightly light show. There's an excellent dining precinct overlooking the river at the rear of the hotel.

Cons:

Our booking included breakfast but when we checked out the hotel billed us for breakfast. They removed the charge when we showed them our booking confirmation. This also happened on an earlier stay on our way to Europe. We upgraded to a larger room with a balcony which sadly did not have a view. There is a solid wall that blocks any view. This is an historic building and no doubt they cant alter the facade but it is disappointing that we looked at a solid wall.

Beautiful hotel and great location
Pros:

The building and rooms are beautiful and spacious with an old school aesthetic coupled with modern technology. It was great to be able to leverage the Fullerton bay hotel facilities as well! The location was fabulous with easy access to MRT, the river and bay with many locations easily walkable. A standout was the Antonio bachour high tea which was exceptional and such great value for the quality and quantity!

Pros:

The location was very convenient and the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. we had a lovely view of the bay and the room was comfy & well kept.

Perfect location, wonderful staff
Pros:

Fullerton Hotel is in a perfect location, comfortable bed and room. Access to Straits Club was lovely and the food for breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes was excellent. Staff were friendly and looked after us (thank you Liyana!).

Uncomfortable and disappointed with my stay, expected a lot more for a 5 star hotel, didn’t even get the bare minimum.
Pros:

The building was beautiful and the location was good.

Cons:

The hot water wasn’t working from checkin. After travelling for 15 hours I would have liked a warm shower, the staff didn’t seam to care too much, was told it would be fixed within 45 minutes but it wasn’t fixed until the next day.

Ate at the courtyard restaurant, food was not very good and the service was poor.

Pros:

Everything was amazing! The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was huge and extremely comfortable.

A long-awaited stay but slightly disappointed
Pros:

Location near Merlion
Breakfast was good
Staff accommodating

Cons:

There were renovations going on
Wednesday paid for early checkin but couldn’t sleep due to noise
We had to request them to waive the early checkin in
They offered dinner instead but we persisted
The mattress was harder than I’ve ever experienced in any hotel in Singapore
They brought mattress topper but the problem is with the harder base, I think
I didn’t like our interior courtyard view into the lobby
