Racist! They saw 2 black boys and thought they were with us, and kicked us out, When it was only 3 girls in the room, saying "This is not a hotel party"

Probably will not stay here again.
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 days. The hotel was nice, and the price was good. However, the staff are not friendly at all, particularly the woman who answers the phone at the front desk. Very curt and impatient. Our trip was extended, so on our check out date we called to extend our stay, and she (same woman) abruptly said that our room is booked and we could not stay. She said we needed to be out by 11am or we would be charged $10 per hour until we left. She made no attempts to apologize for not being able to accommodate us, and she made absolutely zero effort to check for other room availability. My first experience when booking the hotel was with the same woman, and she was equally as apathetic and unfriendly. Probably not the best person to be answering your phones and speaking with guests. She clearly does not like her job.

Our room was dirty - the toilet didn’t flush unless you held it down for a long time. There was evidence of a party in the room that was poorly cleaned up. Holes in the wall, doorknob to the bathroom was coming off. The couch was filthy (we didn’t even sit on it). There were party favors and thumb tacks stuck on the walls. Someone stole the phone but Left the cord. The AC temperature knob didn’t work. Foreign hard substance on the bedding.

We needed a place after a concert to sleep. That’s what we got. Didn’t even use the shower because we said we would rather just shower at home due to state of this room.

Cons:

Exposure through two nights due to electrical issues with shade. First floor room was opened to outside at night because shade automatically raised at night. Mechanic tried to repair after first night and was proved ineffective.

We had a good stay and we had no issues with our rooms or the staff. Would stay again
Pros:

The pool was not to cold. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

One of our rooms we booked was listed as a kitchenette , very little pictures when booking. the room had your standard microwave and fridge. They considered a tiny open pantry space a "kitchenette". If i had know that, i would've looked for a different room. It was because of that "kitchenette" the 2 rooms we booked were not on the same floor together.
