It was a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Clean room and nice staff.

Cons:

You could hear the neighbor, so it was difficult to sleep. AC turning on and off also disrupts sleep.

Very Convenient
Pros:

The hotel was exactly as described and was able to accommodate our needs for the one night we needed to stay. It was good for a short-term visit.

Cons:

We were not there long, but my family went down for breakfast and were able to pick up something. When I went down, I grabbed a container of Special K cereal, and the staff person refused to give me some milk. It was 9:05am and I was told breakfast was over at 9:00am (but they still had items out that you could pick up). Where is the southern hospitality? I just took the container of cereal and left. We were checking out anyway. I felt like the staff person really did not want to be there and this type of behavior showed it. No shade on the hotel in general. The room was comfortable.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. It was a nice and quiet stay.

Cons:

Had to put a towel on the floor by the door because of the space between the door and floor needed to be covered.

Adequate for quick overnight stay
Pros:

The location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel is an old style motel that has been refurbished as cheaply as possible. For the price it was underwhelming. Bedding needs "freshening" and seemed old.
Walls are paper thin - heard my neighbors having conversations. Breakfast was a hard pass - nothing really there beyond cereal and biscuits and gravy. Was fine for my travel but glad I did not have my wife with me as it is very much like the Motel 6 version of a Best Western.

Really expected more from Travelers Choice Winner
Pros:

We booked this room thru Trip Advisor, which is a wonderful way to book hotel rooms. Registration was done through the clerk and a kiosk, which takes your photo as part of the registration process.
The reason I gave this hotel an average rating is the bathtub shower lacked any grab bars to safely enter and exit the shower and the bathtub itself was tall. The pillows were not up to most hotel standards, way too firm.
Lastly, we could hear people in the next room talking and upstairs walking around.
The room entrance is from the parking lot. And if you’re lucky enough,you can park in front of your room.
