La habitación es limpia, organizada y bien distribuido el espacio.

Cons:

Me cobraron dos veces la estadía, una en el lobby del hotel y la otra una vez llegué a Bogotá dos días después, cuando ya no estaba en el hotel, no me respondieron por mensaje ni por correo, sino hasta que llamé, y dicen que se toman días para revisar y 15 días para devolverme el dinero. No debería ser posible que me cobren sin mi autorización cuando ya no estaba en el hotel.

Cons:

Fizeram a cobrança fisicamente no cartão de débito e mantiveram a cobrança da hospedagem pelo cartão de crédito, apesar de reclamar por duas vezes, sigo sem resposta.

internet log in was too long an intrusive

room was incredibly humide. similar has hamam. even floors where wet and furnisher was roting. this place is a discrace to Ibis and accor group. We had to escape to hotel novotel next door that was nearly perfect

Conforto e limpeza muito bom.

Cons:

O ar condicionado estava muito frio e não tinha como regular. Pedi à recepção para mudar a temperatura ou arrumar, contudo, mesmo dizendo que estavam providenciando uma mudança, não mudou nada. Muito gelado o quarto.
