Conforto e limpeza muito bom.

Cons:

O ar condicionado estava muito frio e não tinha como regular. Pedi à recepção para mudar a temperatura ou arrumar, contudo, mesmo dizendo que estavam providenciando uma mudança, não mudou nada. Muito gelado o quarto.

Terrible unprofessional staff , especially Vinicius.

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with the service. The receptionist, Vinicius, was shockingly unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. His communication skills were extremely poor, and his attitude made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating from the start. On top of that, ordering food from the hotel was a complete inconvenience. Despite being a hotel service, the food is not delivered to your room—you are expected to go to reception and collect it yourself, which defeats the purpose and was not clearly communicated. Overall, the service was far below acceptable standards

Indico, só não indico se alimentar dentro do hotel.
Pros:

A localização era muito boa e o atendimento também.

Cons:

Não gostei da alimentação. Pedi uma batata do próprio hotel e fez mal pra mim e para minha esposa. Passamos quatro dias ruins.
