Pros:

This was the worst stay ever! We can say one thing - nice bed. Then there was...
1. no elevator and we had to insist on first floor
2. no "breakfast item"
3. people sleeping on the furniture in the lobby
4. no smoking? The hall reeked of it!
5. $50 damage deposit!
6. Absolutely no receipt of deposit at check-in.
7. Handwritten receipt at check-out ... only after my insistence!
8. Some kind of brown gunk in the shower.
9. two electric outlets with wires exposed.
10. disgusting rusty vent cover in the bathroom.
11. holes in ceiling in hallway with hundreds of electric wires exposed.
12. peeling and moldy wallpaper in the hallway
We stayed in better hotels in rundown areas of Okinawa and Bahrain!

This place should be condemned.

Absolutely awful
Pros:

Power tools all over property not secured, phones didn't work and had to ask for hor water 3 separate times during our stay. Was never given a reason for the inconvenience or a solution for our trouble.

Pros:

that was the problem they did not tell me that there would not be any BREAKFAST and i was suppose to get 30$ back but i did not get it!

Cons:

The BREAKFAST was always good but i had to bye it for those days i stayed but i will come again

Pros:

I didn’t like the fact that continental breakfast was advertised but there was never any. Had to leave the hotel to get breakfast. Had to keep after management to clean my room and provide me with fresh towels and wash cloths. Minor issues to some, important to me!

Pros:

Stayed here for one night and there were bugs all over the hotel. It seemed like an infestation of roaches and ladybugs. A friend of ours found a roach in his bed. Not to mention the sheets and appearance of the hotel overall was not clean. Will never stay again.

Location & parking close to end where our room was.

Cons:

I didn't like the false information on the internet that it included breakfast! that was a major reason for choosing that hotel & was told by the guy who couldn't speak fluent English there was no breakfast. The walls are thin & we could hear people talking & stomping & banging around beside & above us until after midnight. Then again at 6 am. There was also a mess by the back door by the pool where someone had been grilling on a small personal grill.

Pros:

Loved the bathroom mirror/light. Liked the ability to set a specific temperature for the room. No elevator for 2nd floor.
Pillows uncomfortable. Couldn't get wifi to work. Dog across the hall barked several times in the night

Its proximity to the Ball airport.

Cons:

Dirty, broken faucet, moldy. I killed a large cockroach on the wall. Advertised breakfast but when I got there I was told “no, we don’t do breakfast anymore” but it didn’t matter because as nasty as this place was, I wouldn’t want to eat there.

There’s nothing I liked. First lobby was dirty. Then website said free breakfast, then sign on counter says no breakfast. Also states elevator but there’s no elevator. Rooms were not cleaned properly, only 1 bath towel and wash cloth. Roaches crawling around. Fridge had a water bottle stuck in freezer. Around where fridge it was dirty like something wasted. TV didn’t cut off and on with remote. Room had mold which got me sick. Complained to front desk, he attempted to change room. Soon as we opened door roaches was crawling on floor..
