Pros:

Location is perfect and staff is lovely, probably the best staff I have been accommodated by and cleanliness on spot.

We are due to return to the hotel with friends later this year for a long weekend. Whether we opt for Club Room with lou
Pros:

We have stayed at the hotel on at least four occasions and it remains our favorite hotel in Doha.

Cons:

We were not informed about the Club Lounge closure and relocation until the day of the booking. This was too late as the whole booking was Club based as far as we were concerned. Our preference is the old lounge. Whilst the staff were exceptional, the food offering was not up to standard and we therefore did not have breakfast in the lounge or 3 of the 4 afternoon teas. The evening food offering was substandard compared to the usual lounge offering.
Too many day visitors were permitted to the pool and beach area on Friday and hence we were unable to find beds or towels.

Dear Manager,

Our recent 5-star stay had several issues: no valet on arrival, slow service at Coral restaurant requiring multiple drink reminders, a 2-hour wait for beach orders, and loud noise from the next room that kept our baby awake.

Please review these matters and advise on resolution.
