Hotel one of the best we have ever stayed in
Pros:

This hotel as just been amazing esp all the waiters room staff and lobby staff have been exceptional have gone above and beyond to do everything for us. Especially Nisan Hussain John Phillip and May.

Great service; great food
Pros:

We’ve taken most of our meals in Coral Restaurant which is a buffet style service. The choice of food is excellent ; ranging from fresh fruits, salads, cooked meals and the most delicious breads, cakes and pastries. You can also get food to order. The style is wide ranging - predominantly Middle Eastern and European but with Indian and Asian choices as well. The Italian pastas and pizzas are especially good and the sushi is superb. Breakfasts are magnificent.
The service is first class and the staff are kind and friendly. It’s hard to single individuals out - everyone is so good - but a special shout-out for Nisar, John, Shafry and Trisha who were on duty today.

Calm friendly and a tasty breakfast
Pros:

This is our 2nd visit to the InterContinental Beach & Spa, but the first for the breakfast buffet.
A huge selection of fruits, pastries, breads and hot cooked food, alll stations were set out neat and tidy. The pastries were beautiful made, the blueberry danish and the pistachio danish were particularly delicious, very light with delicate creams in the centre.
OH had the beef sausages which were surprisingly tasty along with a hot selection of bacon, mushrooms etc.
I had some fruit seeds nuts and yoghurt which was my usual. I’ve never seen so many different honey’s, the ginger honey was lovely.
The staff were great, polite but friendly with it. It makes a difference if the staff are approachable so a bit shout out to Imran, Hassan, Nisar and by no means least, Ishmaran. All were appreciated. Thank you.
Cost was QAR260 but had IHG membership so QAR195 but even without a discount it’s worthwhile.

Best beach
Pros:

Best beach in qatar with bad service. Food in the belgium cafe is very poor quality. Bery oily and seems to be all frozen woth bad rooms are ok.

Fabulously friendly and so well looked after!
Pros:

From check in to check out we could not have been treated better. Such friendly and attentive staff who work so hard. They really are a credit to this hotel.
Spacious room, great facilities, the biggest gym we have ever had in a hotel. Everywhere is clean and well looked after. Would revisit in a heartbeat!

Fabulous hotel with great service
Pros:

Staff were very attentive and service was exceptional. My wife and I booked an executive room with access to the club lounge. Camille and Agnes always asked if we wanted anything and were most helpful.

Lovely visit to a beautiful hotel with caring and attentive staff.
Pros:

We stayed here for 6 nights in February and arranged an executive room which meant we had access to the club lounge. From the moment we arrived we were greeted very warmly by the staff and that continued throughout our stay. We were looked after in the club lounge by Camille Shaira and Agnes Obi both of which were excellent hosts. We were also by the pool and had our sunglasses cleaned by Shaeb who was helpful and chatty.

The rooms are beautifully furnished and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was extremely good whether we had that in the club lounge or in the main restaurant. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a resort style hotel in Doha.

We absolutely loved this Intercontinental experience. True 5 stars hotel that lives up to the standards of one with everything they do, from the reception’s staff, through the rooms standard, to the restaurant staff - namely Imran, Kamal, Hussain, Adil and Tiha at the breakfast stood out to us.
We would love to come back. Amazing experience overall!

Our favorite address in Doha
Pros:

Our stay was once again absolutely wonderful. This is not our first time here and definitely not the last.

A place where you truly feel taken care of. The service is attentive, every detail is considered, and there is a genuine sense of hospitality that makes you completely relax. It’s one of those rare places where you simply don’t miss anything.

A special thank you to SanJay, Adil, Kamal, Tiha and Imran for their warm attention. It truly makes a difference.

We will gladly recommend this hotel to everyone and we already look forward to coming back again.

Everything was perfect, from the driver who picked us up at the airport (Mr. Riyaz), who was extremely friendly and acted as a bit of a tour guide, showing us the city and making us want to explore it! To the reception and restaurant staff, and all the cleaning and pool and beach staff. It's an excellent hotel to relax and experience luxury and comfort at affordable prices. Private beach, with the metro extremely close by, allowing connections to the whole city, very large and comfortable room, top-notch meals with plenty of variety, and you always feel the luxury present everywhere. Great hotel to come with the family.
