Receptionist (Nicole) was very helpful and efficient- hotel amenities are great

We had a great stay! Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, rooms were spacious. Slippers and robes and plenty of toiletries available were a nice touch!
Location was walking distance to the beach and tons of dining options, area felt safe even when arriving late.
Breakfast was 15 euro per person and had a great selection.
Overall had a great stay!

The staff were excellent. The cleaners were fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here. Love that the floor in the room is in marble and not carpet. It is beautiful, VERY clean and staff is very friendly. The location is amazing.

Overall the hotel was ok. The staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable. The TV in my bedroom only had Spanish channels. I was expecting the hotel to have different channels as it's an executive hotel. I asked if i could have some English channels added to the Television, the engineer came had a look, went away with another remote then disappeared never to be seen again. Secondly I had to call reception at night as my air conditioning was blowing hot air, the receptionist tried to fix it but brought a table fan.

Excellent location in the Gothic area. We enjoyed walking down the scenic alleys, exploring shops and dining.

Staff fantastic at hotel - nothing too much bother. Very polite and conscientious. Hotel a little tired but the staff make up for it. Area great being very central to everything. Everything within walking distance to

Drainage in the shower and sink in my bathroom was not great which meant the shower overflowed. Also quite a noisy road, but earplugs worked brilliantly!

It is an ideal place to stay if you can figure out the trains and buses. There are lots of stops located around the hotel. It is a very brief walk to the Cathedral, and if you're a Rick Steves fan, the start of his 2 walks for Barcelona are within a 15 minute.

I looks better than it is I asked had no water in the room so had to ask they said they would put some there but didn’t, charged me 2 days tourist tax instead of 1. Overall disappointing

Central location indeed, but very noisy with main traffic. Need ear plugs to sleep. Room size very small. Overrated. 3 star at most!

Well located for our needs, underground car park a few minues walk away. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel and we just felt that it was not such good value for money. The bathroom basin didn't drain so we wondered how it had been cleaned with no-one noticing this and the TV turned itself on and had to be unplugged to switch off. Would probably use a different hotel next time. Just a bit disappointing and sad.

The room was ok, it is not a 4 star hotel, maybe one time it was, but is very outdated, curtains are stain or durty, shower did drained well and when informed to the front desk the sent their technician and he responded that is was a problem that needed so kind of drainage liquid and it was strong we he was going to wait until he have checked out, meanwhile we had to stay with that shower that didn't drain well and it smelled the room like sewerage. Also there was stain of soap in the shower tiles and the shower head had mildew. AC thermostat was broken as well, Breakfast is ok and the bed sheet and floor at least was clean. I'm guessing that because of location the price, but one thing is for sure is no 4 star hotel! I'm trying to upload photos of everything listed in this comment, but is not letting me.

Hotel was well located - ideal for walking to all the main spots around Barcelona and close to the beach also. Our main issue was the size of the room - it was very small, just wide enough for a double bed and 2 bedside lockers. Our hearts sank when we opened the door. Bathroom was great though, very big with nice toiletries. Breakfast was fine, usual continental selection and plenty of it. I would stay again but only if I got the room for a cheaper rate, it was definitely not worth €200 approximately per night
