Hospitality Beyond Compare!
Pros:

My wife and I arrived on the evening of March 30th completely torn out fighting traffic for over six straight hours. The front clerk, Daisy, could have not been more pleasant and accommodating. We asked for an upper floor room in a corner to experience a restful night. To top it off, the hotel breakfast was the best “hotel breakfast” we have encountered in quite some time. REFRESHING! Thanks Daisy and the Comfort Inn in Hillsville!

Pros:

I always look forward to staying at Comfort Suites because the facilities are top notch. Daisy and the other hotel staff members were fine, but I had an unsettling issue with the wi-fi. Logging in was very trying and I finally had to use my phone for a while.

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

The hotel is convenient to I77. We stayed here last year and booked it again this year as we found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. We discovered a great pizza restaurant in town which can handle gluten free/celiac customers so that was a bonus. Will definitely be back again in March 2027.

Economical and comfy stay when travelling
Pros:

Beds and pillows were very comfy. Location was easy to find and included parking. Staff was lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were dated but that wasn’t much of a concern as beds were clean and comfy. Only one elevator that was quite slow. Breakfast was ok.

As a 3 star hotel, this exceeds expectations. Very clean, updated and comfortable.
