Pros:

Erin on reception was exceptional.......the support and help I received from Erin alleviated my stress about trying to find a dog friendly place to stay at very short notice. Even though the phone at reception was ringing a lot, Erin continued to provide me with an exceptional level of customer care and support.

Even though I didn't stay over Erin ensured that I was directed to the hotel services for a beverage and for some relaxation.

Cons:

Only positive comments to make.

Made very welcome from the minute we arrived.
Pros:

Comfortable clean and convenient . We had breakfast with our stay and it was very good.

Hotel clean and comfortable, lovely bar and restaurant. The staff was fantastic!
Pros:

Central location walking distance fro shopping, restaurants etc, right on the river with a lovely walk going along the river out of the city.

Pleasant hotel in nice location by the river.
Pros:

Great location by the river. Room had doors opening onto little balcony. Good breakfast plenty of hot choices.Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Evening meal only available in the bar. Nor very comfortable. Limited vegetarian choice.
