Great customer service, and a great property.
Pros:

The front desk person was unbelievably helpful. He went above and beyond to get us a room that would fulfill all our requests. I wish I could remember his name but he was tall and thin with lighter hair. Anyway, he made us feel so welcome and important. Hospitality at its best!

Gepflegte Anlage gleich am Beach mit sehr motivierten und herzlichen Mitarbeitenden
Pros:

Super Lage beim Beach. Abends Feuerstellen und es gab Kakao mit Marshmallows. Schöne Anlage, alles sehr gepflegt und renovierte Zimmer ohne Teppichboden.

Cons:

Dusche war eher ein Sprühnebel. Da wir im Parterre das Zimmer hatten und es sehr hellhörig ist, war ständig lautes Getrampel von oben zu hören. Raumspray war extrem stark benutzt worden bevor wir kamen, auch nach längerem Lüften ging der Geruch nicht weg. Schade.

Pros:

Loved everything about the property. The location was the best.. right across the street from the beach.. our room was small but beautiful and I will stay there again.. the staff was unbelievable. Everyone was so nice and so accommodating. We loved Jeremiah and Anaelle all the front desk, people and the valet guys everyone made our stay so magical.. It was a great wedding weekend they even had a bottle of champagne on ice and a beautiful card written to us when we walked into our room..choosing the Milo was the best decision?

Great location and fabulous staff - would def recommend and stay again
Pros:

Staff so helpful and small touches like snores in the evening were lovely

Cons:

The pool side was quite dirty so felt like you were tracking gravelly bits into the pool

Great location, mid everything else
Pros:

The location is amazing. Really pretty property. Just across the street from the beach and easily walkable to the funk zone and downtown. The hotel offers beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes for free.

Cons:

Most of it was mid. The “king” bed was actually an RV king which is more like a queen. There was no music playing or even a water station at either pool. The lobby coffee was quite bad.

Amazing 10/10 2 night Stay
Pros:

Free Bikes and the Valet team were stellar and made our stay relaxing and comfortable. They seem energetic and the right vibe for a quick vacation.

Cons:

Wish we got 2 hours for later extended check out but still worked out for our schedule.

Acceptable, but would look for another hotel next time.
Pros:

Quiet place in principle, located near the beach.

Cons:

Noisy neighbors and lack of drink/ food options at the hotel. breakfast place associated was rather low quality. ocean water on the beach smelled dirty.
