I was very disappointed with the room. I probably won’t stay there again.

Really great stay at the Milo. We were able to walk everywhere!
Pros:

Great location, beautiful buildings and patio spaces.

Cons:

Room near the lobby had bright lights shining in windows all night. Even with blinds down, it disturbed our sleep.

Management was unresponsive to issues. Front desk clerk stated it was his fault as he did not tell the manager

Heater did not work in the room. No dresser or microwave in the room. Open Bobby pin on the floor in the carpet

Beautiful grounds, but lacking in ways
Pros:

Can’t beat the location! Love that you can walk to restaurants, museums, harbor, beach from here. Although no breakfast served, it was a nice amenity to have the smores bar each night. I also enjoyed the complimentary discovery library where you can borrow games, art supplies, binoculars, etc. Easy process to checkout beach gear and bikes!

Cons:

The walls are not soundproof, or even come close to it. We could hear all our neighbors(upstairs and either side) having conversations, using toilet, watching tv as if we were in the same room. Made for late nights and early mornings. The only thing that sort of helped drown out some noise was turning on the loud a/c. Also, outlets got tripped atleast three times during stay from neighbor’s side. Front desk said they’d send someone, but never did. We woke up to uncharged devices.

Beautiful hotel rooms
Pros:

Perfect location in front of the beach, near the pier and harbour. Beautiful large rooms, well decorated. Our kids especially liked the pool

Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение. Есть стоянка. номер достаточно большой. Немного темноватый, но это не страшно. Есть большая зеленая зона. В зонах отдыха горят газовые очаги. Отель рекомендую.

Cons:

С утра тарахтят газонокосилки и тримеры по обрезке деревьев.

Beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location

This is not 4 star hotel. Never was and probably never will be
Pros:

Staff interaction was great, the selection of shower gel/shampoo is excellent, checking-in/ot process was smooth. Bathrooms are nicely renovated. Location is fine, just across the (busy) road from the beach

Cons:

you can hear EVERYTHING from the next room. Every single move. Walking, showering, talking.

There is valet only parking for $40 for moving your car 10 feet. There are spots literally in front of your room, you just pay a man to sit in your car for 10 seconds.

Some room equipment is just old. AC is PTAC. So you feel like you're next to starting Boeing.

Awesome stay, just some minor maintenance needed to facilities in room.
Pros:

Beautiful location and property . Nice staff, helpful. Clean room. Loved the balcony area. Great coffee with oat milk as an option!

Cons:

Air conditioning upon arrival, water in shower turned off while showering. Staff fixed air conditioning right away.
