Pros:

The bed was AWESOME!!! Very clean room. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

After I booked my room I found it in three different sights for a third of the cost, but I couldn't cancel or talk to anyone about the issue. 🙃

Pros:

Its location and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The free use of bikes and beach chairs/towels were a nice touch too.

We had a few ants in our room and the bed sheets had a few stains on them

Great comfy bed but it was very hot and the air con kept us awake all night

Cons:

They have done a great job updating except they need to upgrade the very noisy air conditioners
For the price of these rooms they are charging they need to spend some on newer and quieter ones

Brilliant!
Pros:

Location of the hotel was perfect. Room great and all staff lovely too! The pools, bikes and beach chairs were brilliant too! We thought ok value for money too. Santa Barbara has stole our hearts and Milo helped with that!

Cons:

Noise if on a bottom floor might be an issue for some but maybe requesting a first floor would help (just be mindful of those below you!!)
