Pros:

Location near beach

Cons:

The cleanliness standards require improvement. During my visit to the pool with my son, I unfortunately stepped on glass, resulting in a cut on the sole of my foot. Additionally, I observed ants emerging from the wall in my restroom. I brought the issue of my foot to the attention of the staff, but I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. Furthermore, a first-aid kit was unavailable when I required a bandage. Subsequently, I was relocated to a smaller room.

Pros:

They only a Bad Thing were they Critters outside my window. The room was a little musty smelling so I had to open the window and I think it was two raccoons going at it all night. And being on the first floor all I could hear was some heavy footsteps back and forth all night on from the people staying on the second floor. Great location staff was excellent and room very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Being on the first floor which I like being able to go in and out my door without going up and down stairs was not great because all night long someone was pacing back and forth and I could hear every footstep from the people above me. Oh and the critters outside my window

Very relaxing
Pros:

The position is great, opposite the beach, a few minutes walk to the pier and about 20 mins walk to the lively side of State Street

Cons:

The bunkbed room didnt have duvets on the beds, unfortunately my children were cold at night and didnt sleep well. I escalated this with the reception staff for management to get back to me, a week later and I am still waiting!

Nice place for one day
Pros:

Location /room is spacious/ nice garden seating areas / friendly staff / free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Renovated rooms.

Cons:

Parking is hard and 20 $ each day in the hotel . Rooms are away from reception. Bathroom is small. Carpet needs more care.

Pros:

Excellent location, fun redesign of the room. Nice vibe. Santa Barbara is awesome

Cons:

The rooms are very small and basically a fresh lick of paint on a very old motel construction. It’s very noisy, you can hear conversations left right and above you. It’s really hard to fix without doing really heavy renovations
