Very friendly staff. Front desk and breakfast staff. Some of the friendliest we have ever experienced!
Everything fine
Everything was very nice, we had an issue with the TV and a gentleman (Lester ?) came up, expeditiously and was very pleasant! Offered us something complimentary (of which I got soup because I was a little under the weather), but turns out I went to the wrong place for that. Another incident with the price of the room. All in all, it was a good stay!

It was convenient and it was clean. Beds were so soft. We slept great! The food was great! Staff was so friendly!
Our room smelled like a slight smell of a animal had been in there. Wasn’t bad enough to make a fuss over. Other than that and the price for one night for a king bed was $177. The rest was perfect!
We are Bonvoy members and were disappointed at the lack of amenities for the price. There was no water, coffee, newspaper, breakfast, etc. which we are accustomed to.
No hot tub either which was in the ad.
However, a young lady that checked us in on Sunday, the 26th, saw we were struggling and brought out a luggage rack for us! She said it was her 2nd day.
Hence the 5 stars!

The hotel was nice. The rooms spacious and clean. The staff was the most unfriendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. You don’t get a hello no smiles no thank you. But clean hotel and good rooms.
