The room was nice and the staff where great.
The hot tub is showing its age
Breakfast was adequate
Two tv set in room neither worked properly, dead bugs in bedroom ceiling fixture, strings left in carpet, no shampoo in shower , reserved two queen room given a king , generally was NOT a Radison standard facility
The staff was pleasant and my son loved the indoor pool. We loved how convenient it was to everything. The beds were hard but fine for our 1 night stay.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was good, and the location was excellent—near restaurants and shops in Helen.
The interior rooms were clean and tidy, the hallway and stair carpet was disgusting (very dirty).
The room was nice and comfortable. the staff tht checked us in was 10/10. She upgraded our room to give us a bottom floor room

Close to downtown.
The room i got the windows weren't clean, the bathroom door wouldn't close. I took a shower and the wash cloths had strings of someone else's hair in them. Breakfast was powdered eggs that tasted like my old military days, which i wouldn't feed a homeless person and precooked, soggy sausage tasted like hot dogs cooked in old water. The exercise bike was also broken and the ceiling in the bathroom were peeling.
